This spacious, modern and lovingly furnished apartment has 4 double bedrooms (partially attic) and 2 bathrooms. From the living room window you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Via the stairs you reach the small gallery below the apartment with views of the forest. The apartment includes two free parking spaces on the property.   A washer and dryer can be used in the house for a fee.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, Blick auf die Seebrücke,Strandnähe perfekt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet alles vorhanden was man braucht, sauber. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Familientreffen und der tägliche Besuch von den Möwen ist immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An-und Abreise unkompliziert und nettes Personal.

Treppensteigen muss man mögen

Knapp 60 Stufen bis in das Möwennest sind zum Koffer schleppen schon eine echte Herausforderung. Kein Schlafzimmer ohne Balken , Schrägen. Beulen am Kopf sind vorprogrammiert. Die Kinderzimmer sind Schlangenmenschen gebaut die sich um die Balken winden müssen um in das Bett zu kommen. Der Wohn und Essbereich ist soweit ok. Alles da und sauber war es auch.Buchen würde ich kein zweites mal.

Ferienwohnung sehr gute Ausstattung, eine schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Seebrücke. Lediglich war der Zuschnitt der zwei kleinen Schlafkammern für Erwachsene doch sehr winzig.

Traumhaft schön

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Carola. 60 Stufen muss man steigen, um zum "Möwennest" zu gelangen. Man wird aber mit einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer belohnt. ( große Panoramafenster ) Es kann sein, dass man ab und zu Besuch von einer Möwe bekommt die freundlich ans Fenster klopft. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, alles sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir können nur bestätigen, dass das Objekt für 7 Personen ausreichend Freiraum bietet und mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist herrlich und auch die Lage zur Ostsee überzeugt sehr.

Wir waren zu 7 in dieser Unterkunft und trotzdem hatte jeder seinen Freiraum. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der tolle Ausblick auf die Ostsee.

Das Haus sieht sehr ansprechend aus und hat eine tolle Lage. Der Weg zur Wohnung im 4. Stock erfordert aber ein bißchen Sportlichkeit.

Alles prima

Eine sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in einer stilvollen Villa wenige Meter zum Meer. Gut ausgestattet und zum Wohlfühlen. Für Erwachsene sind die beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer wegen der Dachschrägen sehr niedrig, das sollte bedacht werden. Und es sind drei Stockwerke zu laufen. Dafür eine schöne Sicht :) An Schlechtwettertagen wäre ein DVD-Player schön, damit man mitgebrachte Filme schauen könnte - aber es geht natürlich auch ohne. Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Zeit im Möwennest.

Wunderbar!

Diese Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Pärchen. Mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail wurde hier ein richtiges Nest gebaut. Möwennest ist auch der perfekte Name dafür. Schon am Morgen klopft es ans Fenster und eine Möve schaut neugierig herein, so wie wir, den Blick auf die See genießen durften.
