Charming little house, fully renovated and arranged over two levels, with an outdoor area. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 200m walk from the train station and 800m from the Collegiate Church of Saint-Martin. The ideal location for exploring the city on foot! In the outbuilding, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Both bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. A furnished area allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The outbuilding was fully renovated this summer. It can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to its two spacious bedrooms. The annex is located at the back of our garden, so we live on the premises. Access is via the gate, which opens directly onto the cul-de-sac. It is laid out as follows: The entrance is through an open-plan, air-conditioned living area with a kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, hob, and washing machine. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. A staircase leads to a landing which serves two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. The green bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a work area with a desk. The terracotta bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a vanity unit with a double sink. You will have access to the entire small house, which is an outbuilding located in our garden. You will also have access to a terrace, so you can enjoy the outdoors. Arrival is via a key box.
