EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT: We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:
Early Check-in at 2 pm = $75
Late Check-out at 1 pm = $75
PARKING: Free off-street parking
PETS: must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the backyard, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.
- Short Term Stays: $75 per pet
- Long Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $150 per pet fee
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE & ESSENTIALS:
Short Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay but extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
Long Term Stays (over 28 nights): Total cleaning fee is $300 and a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
STAIRS: steep/narrow stairs to the 2nd floor
CENTRAL AIR: there is central air in the house and there are backup A/C window units on the 2nd floor.
