Sunny South City Haven: 2BR Getaway

Just listed, 2 bedroom home with 3 beds and 1 bathroom in South City Saint Louis. You'll love the recently updated kitchen and bathroom. The full dining area, the fenced in backyard, dedicated office space, laundry in the basement and plenty of room to enjoy your space and privacy. Note - two of the beds are upstairs in a shared room. Message me for questions! A deposit will be taken upon booking.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out is $50.

Had to leave

Booked this stay for four days and tried to make it work, but the house smelled like marijuana so badly, my family could not sleep. We had to clean the house upon arrival, it had not been swept, tables not clean, dog feces all over the yard, and dust falling from the ceiling fan. We asked to be moved units but nothing was available. We left early morning after the first night and worked with the manager to get a refund, as this was not as described.
