Villa Soizic is located in the Terre du Pont district in the town of Brignogan-Plages in the centre of many thatched cottages dating from the fifteenth century. The typical and wild side of this district, the proximity of the beaches and the sea, the swimming pool and the spa of the villa will allow you to have an excellent stay.

Come and enjoy this magnificent contemporary villa with a capacity of 4 people for a weekend, a week... ideally located 200 m from the beach of Crapauds, Bihou and Chardons Bleus.

On a plot of 700 m2, the wooded garden benefits from a heated swimming pool (from May to September) and a spa (all year round) with a 100 m2 wooden terrace, a petanque court and parking.

It has a large and bright living room including a living room, a kitchen and two master suites. Nearby, you will find a water sports centre, shops, bars and restaurants.

Take advantage of your stay (holidays, weekends, seminars, etc.) to discover northern Finistère: the island of Batz, the island of Ouessant, Molène, the coast of legends, the aquarium of Océanopolis, the Crozon peninsula... and so many other treasures with postcard settings.
