We booked this property for its location to my daughter’s new apartment. We were given the access code to enter the gates but no further instructions on where and how to locate the apartment. Had to call for information. It is a 3rd floor walk up through treacherous stairs and then follow a walkway that has stairs. Upon arrival the apt was clean-(basket of towels were left in the sink). Again had to call for WIFI instructions as there was no information in apartment. The parking was in a gated area and you are told to park in visitor spot but there is no visitor spot labeled. No check out information was given so we left the key where we found it.
Overall communication was very poor. Apartment was OK. I will look to stay elsewhere the next time.
