You can walk the kids over to the play ground, or take the paddle boards out for a relaxing or invigorating adventure. Downtown is minutes away as well as many attractions that you came to Colorado Springs to visit. This two bedroom, one bath house is the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. Close to every thing

Location was great for everything we wanted to do. Hot was not clean to the point we didn’t use it. Shower won’t drain had to fix ourselves. House its self was clean and nice for what we needed.

Colorado Springs long weekend

The propert is very nice and cute. Everything was clean, washer and dryer there, televesions in all the rooms, and the backyard is really nice. Has hot tub, fire pit, grill, and hammock. Beds are comfartable and nice linens. You park on the street for this property and nobody messed with our vehicle.It is very close to Memorial Park. You can walk to it, which is fine during the day. I would not go the park at night, but it is beautiful during the day. The property is a 5 minute drive to downtown, which is great. We really enjoyed going to the restuarants there, shopping, and going to the farmers market.It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to Old Colarado City or Manitou Springs. It is about 15 to 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor region, or the Whispering Caverns.They told us about some weeds before we had arrived. It would have been nice to get this handled before we arrived, but I was thankful they told us. The lawn service was supposed to come, but had to reschedule.The neighborhood needs some improvement, but it looks like this is slowly happening. It looks like an area that is being slowly remodeled and you could see several homes being updated. With that said, I never felt unsafe. The property is a modest, well remodeled home close to downtown. We had 4 adults and it was perfect for us.

Such a relaxing Vacation

This place was beautiful. I especially loved the bathroom tub and how deep it was. My kids loved the hot tub. We had a lovely time. Will be back

Quick Getaway

The house is the cutest little hidden gem. The landscaping is exceptional, loved the backyard as well as the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We went for a quick last minute trip and it didnt disappoint. The host had every thing we needed to cook, have coffee, you name it, nothing was missed! I love a clean and well put together house and our host didn't disappoint. Communication between us was A! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and great hosts

Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Kitchen very well equipped, hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. Also super close to everything we needed. Outdoor space is really a bonus, would stay again.

Beautiful property

Came to town for our daughter’s college graduation and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space is very spacious in front and back. The fire pit is a special bonus that we really enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely rebook in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay! The owner thought of everything! We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying all the amenities. The beds are really comfortable too! Thank you for hosting a wonderful rental!

An all-around great stay!

Hosts were communicative. House was clean and had everything we needed. We came during a big snow, and they even had snow removal service for us. Location was solid — close by to downtown by car, but not super walkable overall. That said, it was a great stay and a lovely home!

Perfect little retreat!

Outstanding home away from home

We spend our days hiking and rafting and enjoyed winding down soaking in the hot tub and having a glas of wine at the fire pit. The house is really well maintained and equipped.

Colorado Vacation

My husband and I stayed at this property for our trip to Colorado. The house was lovely and had a beautiful yard. It accommodated us well and the kitchen was great. We really liked the hot tub and the privacy the gated yard provided. Top notch property.

Great stay in Co. Springs!

My wife and I stayed for a few days visit in Co. Springs and this house was a perfect spot. It's in a small and quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to all the points of interest we visited. Outside of the house is well maintained, and the backyard is definitely the best part. We loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a day of outdoor activities. Inside of house is very clean and comfortable. Everything is very up-to-date and really made us feel like being at home. The kitchen has all the necessities and then some. Definitely a spot we'll return to on our next visit to town.

Great for 3 of us!

The space was lovely and clean, inside and out. Very comfortable and ideal for my husband and me and our adult son. The hot tub was exactly what I needed this weekend and was such a HUGE bonus! Short walk to a sweet neighborhood lake and a good coffee shop.

Clean and Accommodating!

This rental property has everything you need while you’re away from home! Clean and comfortable home. The hot tub was our favorite and we looked forward to it each evening after our adventure outings throughout Colorado Springs.

Cute Little House - Convenient to Downtown and Everywhere

This is the cutest little house, great location if you want to walk or run from the front steps. There is a lake path a block away or less. The kitchen is stocked well and you can cook most things without worrying if the spice or the equipment is available. i was in town for a work event and needed to be both downtown and up at the Broadmoor and it was a quick drive to both. I will check availability here the next time I'm in town.

Quaint Vacation Home

The house had everything we needed for us and our one year old. The house has a kitchen stocked with all the wares, a pack-and-play and perfect backyard for the kiddo to run around in. He also loved playing in the park just across the street. We had a great time.
