This is our Colorado Springs Lake House! You are a few minutes walk to the shore edge. You can walk the kids over to the play ground, or take the paddle boards out for a relaxing or invigorating adventure. Downtown is minutes away as well as many attractions that you came to Colorado Springs to visit. This two bedroom, one bath house is the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. We were in Colorado Springs for the firefighter memorial ceremony. This property is in a great location. Close to downtown and anything that you want to do is within a short drive. would definitely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is a little rundown but we felt safe and neighbors were quiet and friendly. The house is nice and the perfect getaway for our little family. My kids loved the hot tub and the backyard space. It was a quick drive to all our activities and good restaurants!

Such an adorable place close to EVERYTHING in Colorado Springs! Owner was amazing and gets in contact with you in a timely manner. The ear plugs in each room was brilliant!

Perfect spot

House was nice. Only one bathroom downstairs was inconvenient. Neighborhood a bit skechty.I would advise putting a hand bar in the shower.

Family softball getaway

The house was adorable. We had all of the essentials needed and the host was easy to communicate with. Beds were very comfortable. The backyard was also very nice to hangout and relax. I will say the area around the home was not as safe as I would have liked for my kids. The lake is across the street, but it was not safe to let the kids play without supervision. We didn’t have any issues directly at us, but did witness issues with the locals in the area.

Close to every thing

Location was great for everything we wanted to do. Hot was not clean to the point we didn’t use it. Shower won’t drain had to fix ourselves. House its self was clean and nice for what we needed.

Property was nice but not on the lake. The lake was a couple blocks away. Next door house was sketchy & there was an abandon car in front of the house. The bedroom with the king size bed was on the second floor, however we slept down stairs in the queen size bed down stairs as there was no railing on the top of the stairs. We were concerned about walking down the stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The tub was high & needs a handle to help get out of it. House was close drive to everything.

Such a relaxing Vacation

This place was beautiful. I especially loved the bathroom tub and how deep it was. My kids loved the hot tub. We had a lovely time. Will be back

Family Vacation

Clean, comfortable and great hosts

Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Kitchen very well equipped, hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. Also super close to everything we needed. Outdoor space is really a bonus, would stay again.

Quick Getaway

The house is the cutest little hidden gem. The landscaping is exceptional, loved the backyard as well as the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We went for a quick last minute trip and it didnt disappoint. The host had every thing we needed to cook, have coffee, you name it, nothing was missed! I love a clean and well put together house and our host didn't disappoint. Communication between us was A! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay! The owner thought of everything! We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying all the amenities. The beds are really comfortable too! Thank you for hosting a wonderful rental!

Beautiful property

Came to town for our daughter’s college graduation and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space is very spacious in front and back. The fire pit is a special bonus that we really enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely rebook in the future.

Perfect little retreat!

Outstanding home away from home

We spend our days hiking and rafting and enjoyed winding down soaking in the hot tub and having a glas of wine at the fire pit. The house is really well maintained and equipped.

An all-around great stay!

Hosts were communicative. House was clean and had everything we needed. We came during a big snow, and they even had snow removal service for us. Location was solid — close by to downtown by car, but not super walkable overall. That said, it was a great stay and a lovely home!
