This was a wonderful stay! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. It is well located in the city and backs up to a beautiful park that we enjoyed. Plenty of parking for our cars and garage was available also. WiFi was very good and kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our time in the house very much. It was perfect for the family reunion. We filled all of bedrooms and had local family visits. There were lots of places to hang out. We made full use of the pool table! Unfortunately I wasn’t the photographer so I don’t have pictures.

Excellent house and yard for large, even multigenerational family

Our 14-member family, ranging from 9 months to grandparents in their 60’s, found this well-equipped house and spacious yard the perfect gathering place for our family. A great location to see nearby Colorado Springs sites. Kitchen was very well equipped. Kristen made sure we had all the child and baby equipment and toys we could want. Communication throughout was excellent.

Family Gathering

Enjoyed a wonderful week with our entire family of 11. Son came with his wife and three children. Our daughter and son in law also came with their two sons. The house was perfect for the group. We utilized the park on several occasions to play baseball, golf, enjoy the playgrounds and watch the deer stroll by. The squirrels entertained the kids over picnic dinners. It truly was a great week and we thank you for all the amenities.

Graduation Weekend

We rented the house for a sibling/spouse reunion. It was perfect. Plenty of room for 9, kitchen was well stocked, two gathering areas and lovely outdoor area with fire pit. We would rent this again!

Celebration of life

The family met from all over the country to cel rate my father’s life. This house could not have been more perfect! Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The house is gorgeous!

AMAZING STAY!

This property was the best for our family reunion in Colorado Springs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware,etc. The space was perfect for our family we had 5 kids and 9 adults and everyone fit very comfortably. The house manager was also very quick to respond and help make sure everyone was having a great time. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this listing to anyone!

Spacious, clean, and very well provisioned home was conveniently located to the major attractions - Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, USAF Academy and others. Excellent property

Perfect property for our family reunion of 12 people and a dog. Everyone had their own space along with lots of gathering areas. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and spices. The pool table got lots of use and the dining table was wonderful for us all to play games. The gated yard allowed the dog and kids to play outside with no worries. There is a large park just around the corner. The 1 1/2 year old had more toys than she knew what to do with. Everything went smoothly with check-in and communication. They were even able to let us arrive a few hours early. I highly recommend this property and the people who manage it.

Very nice home. Excellent location. The house was very well equipped. The kitchen had lots of dishes, utensils and everything needed to cook and store leftovers. Just like home! The owner and property manager responded promptly to questions. There were lots of toys and books for our grandkids. And lots of games for the adults as well. There were outdoor games for the whole family too. They also provided baby gear - high chair, booster seats, baby gates and pack and play. Plenty of room for the 10 of us - 5 adults and 5 children. Plenty of seating when our two sons and their wives joined us for dinner whether we ate inside or out. Excellent home! Thank you!

Stop searching and just book it!

This property is stocked to the gills! We didn't need to buy anything such as trash bags, paper towels, anything pertaining to the house. We just bought food. There's games galore, kids toys, pool table. The property manager was very responsive and easy to reach. The location is perfect and close to everything. We went to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and it's about 25 mins from the CO Springs airport. There's a lot of parking available. There are a couple of parks within walking distance.

Anniversary Celebration

Property was wonderful for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Two quick notes, not complaints. Shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap are not provided. I probably just missed that in description. And there is a swim and tennis club adjacent to the property which can be a bit loud if you’re outdoors. Overall just a great place to stay.

Fantastic Family Stay during Quarantine

This was a terrific home for our family of 5 + dog for two weeks during COVID-19 Quarantine. The rooms all are decorated with love, the amenities lack nothing, the yard is fantastic, the back patio and small upper deck are perfect -- I don't know how this could have been more perfect. One of our kids was skating in three nearby rinks, and the location was perfect. We cooked or grilled almost every night, and the kitchen is stocked with way beyond the normal spices, etc. There's placesettings for about 24 people -- maybe more. Lovely dining room, fun pool room in lieu of a living room. Family room card table was great place to set up computers for work during day and we all watched movies in there each night. Garage easily fit both our cars, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly -- perfect for long evening walks with our dog. Brian (owner) was fantastic to work with ahead of our stay and Kristen, the house manager, was above helpful with any request. This home is a gem -- would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Great Outdoor Space !!

An absolutely fantastic property !!! First the somewhat unusual ... the house is on a flag lot. That means the house actually sits back behind another house with a long - ish driveway going to the house. It may be unusual but it is difinitely not a problem at all. It is actually a positive as you are back from the road, the house in front is a blocked by a fence and landscaping. The actual outdoor grounds and space are awesome. There are outdoor sitting areas, a hammock, swing, picnic tables, etc. The house itself is also great. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room for everyone for both gathering together and seeking out some alone space. The house is extremely well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for small and large groups. You will need to negotiate 7 - 9 steps to get up to the front door. The beds were very comfortable. The management team were exceptional and always only a text away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to any group needing 6 bedrooms.

Lovely Home

We rented this home to accommodate family and friends while we were attending an out of state wedding. While finding the driveway in the dark the first night was a little challenge , we easily adapted to seeing the Red mailbox after that! The home is very well maintained and supplied! The yard is beautiful. Since it rained during our stay, the creek filled with water for about 24 hours , then the deer came to visit. The house is multiple levels but they are easy to handle as they are all half flights. The location worked out well for us. I felt like all the places we needed to go were less than 20 minutes away; shopping/gas were much closer. We were very happy with this home 😊

Great house for a large group!

The house is big enough for our large group to feel comfortable and never crowded. The back patio is beautiful and relaxing. There is a park beyond the backyard that the kids and dogs really liked. Next door to the house is a pool and tennis facility. They had live music one night which we enjoyed. Location is convenient to all you need and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles - look for the red mailbox to find the house! The children played with the toys provided. Per the pics, the bathrooms are small but nice. Colorado Springs is awesome and we will be back!

Colorado Springs ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Great people, great weather, numerous tourist and outdoor activities (and for me) somewhat off the grid, but retaining the comforts & conveniences from home such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Chipotle and Costco.

The house has a very spacious layout with tons of natural light and high vaulted ceilings in the living room with massive windows. You can easily fit multiple families in this home without feeling crammed.

The city itself has a great downtown with many local restaurants and pubs.
