bon séjour malgré la canicule , logement correspondant à nos attentes , piscine appréciée , un ventilateur ou un climatiseur aurait été un plus

Merci pour votre appréciation. En notant 4 étoiles sur 5, vous estimez qu'un élément important aurait pu être amélioré par rapport à l'annonce. Or, l'annonce ne mentionne pas de climatisation. Encore moins de ventilateur, dont les effets physiques bénéfiques restent à démontrer. Nous sommes désolés pour vous de ne pas avoir anticipé le pic de chaleur important. Un minimum de communication aurait pu vous venir en aide. Cordialement

En effet, en notant 4 étoiles au lieu de 5, vous estimez qu'un élément important manquait par rapport à l'annonce alors que vous écrivez que tout est très bien et que vous recommandez notre maison. Désolé pour vous. Nous n'avons jamais connu ce souci. Avec les explications et le plan que nous adressons à tous nos locataires, cela devient évident de trouver la maison ... et sa boîte à clés. Et puis, en cas de souci, un simple appel téléphonique vous aurait fait gagner du temps ... Ceci dit nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un excellent séjour.
