OAK ISLAND MEMORIES is exactly that great memories you will have with friends and kfamily! This 4 bedroom 2 bath directly on the oceanfront where you will enjoy endless views of the ocean or hop off the deck and put your toes in the sand. The house boasts an open and inviting living area with smart Tv in every bedroom and family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you need.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs include upgraded luxury pillowtop mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and right outside the door is a full bath. Bedroom 2 on the this floor has a twin over full bunk bed which can accommodate 3 people. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms both queen with a full bath in the middle. The house has a new HVAC unit. There is high speed Internet (WiFi) throughout the house as well. Enjoy time on the back deck and listen to the waves crash. For those hot days, enjoy the cool shaded sitting sitting area. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand from a fun day at the beach.

There are plenty of activities in the area if enjoying the beach isn't the only thing you want to do. The town of Oak Island has tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. You can also play on the soccer or baseball field or take the little ones to the splash pad. If you like to fish, it's a great place to surf fish right out your back door, head 2 miles to the pier, or try your luck on the inter-coastal waterway. There are 30 golf courses within a 45 minute drive of the island. 15 minutes away is Southport which has been voted the "Happiest Coastal Town" in the US and has great shopping and restaurants.

Our family stay at Oak Island Memories was awesome! The property was very accommodating with 7 adults and 2 children under 3 years of age. The location is quiet with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the cleanest rentals we have had on Oak Island. The weather turned out to be perfect and the house was in a very convenient location for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Really nice oceanfront house with covered deck! Only complaint—pretty hot upstairs compared to lower level and beds not too comfortable but overall a really nice place to stay

The house overall was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house does have some age and needs an update. It has the smell of going to grandma's house (musty). The pathway to the beach needs to be maintained. But overall my sisters and I had a very relaxing vacation and would rent it again

Booked this home based all the praise reports of cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The home is perfect. All the kitchen items we needed for seafood boil, pizza night, morning coffee, etc. Beautiful view of the ocean. We had the best time celebrating family, a birthday and simply life in general. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property

We had a great stay. The living area and kitchen were surprisingly roomy. The decks were perfect for enjoying the view. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi kept going out and had to be reset several times each day. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and plenty of plates and silverware. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible experience

I would HIGHLY recommend! We had a wonderful time, and everything was neat and clean (given it's a beach house, it's very impressive). We loved the deck overlooking the ocean, and the walk to the beach was very short. We had a toddler who we were chasing around, and the house was well designed for them. I plan to come back!

Great Oceanside Stay

Wonderful house with a great location and view of the ocean. House was clean and as listed. The beach was nice and private as we were not close to a public access. Recommend bringing extra bath towels/blankets, as there were only 1 towel/person and no blankets for the couch. Only other complaint was the house wasn't well-stocked (only 4 rolls of toilet paper total, 2 trash bags, 2 dish washer pods, etc) - we made do, but would have preferred a few extra as we were there 5 days and ate most of our meals at the house.
