The property is as all that is advertised. Clean , neat and perfect for a beach vacation. The management was very communicative and accommodating. We will seek out this rental again! Thanks for a worry free getaway!!

Very close to beach access across the street, and perfect for a quick two night getaway. Kitchen could have used more updated kitchen-ware (platters, better pans, grill needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned, etc), but we made do with what was there. Good location and fantastic day of charter fishing out of Southport.

Lovely

A perfect size property for a family. Refurbished interior with large bedrooms and upscale appliances. Public beach access is right across the street and the grocery store is one block away. Couldn’t ask for anything more, perfect stay!

Loved the location of the beach house- beach path was across the street, groceries right around the corner and local restaurants minutes away! Lovely view from the front porch of the ocean. We watched the pelicans fly back and forth across the sky and dive into the ocean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom showerheads provided good water pressure. Ceiling fans were nice in the bedrooms though the air condition really kept the place cool and dry. Floors and bathrooms could use some updating but everything was clean and appliances were new. We are a family of 4 adults and we had plenty of space.
