Description: Very quiet location in a built in 2007 detached house settlement on the eastern outskirts of Ahlbeck. Five to eight minutes walk to the promenade, the beach and the large Rewe supermarket. To the center and to the pier about 500 m. Numerous restaurants, cafes, playgrounds and beach chair and bicycle rental and doctor's office in the immediate vicinity.
Living room: leather couch (two-seater), two leather chairs, kl. Coffee table, sideboard. Wardrobe, wardrobe, mirror.
SAT flat screen TV, internet-enabled, free Wi-Fi (50Mbit / s), radio, CD player, books, games.
Cooking area: new built-in kitchen unit with hanging / vanity unit, fridge / freezer and microwave integrated,
two induction hot plates, fume hood, sink, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
Dining area: four chairs and dining table.
Bedroom I: Double bed (1.60m wide) for adults, two wooden shelves with bedside lamps.
Bedroom II: bunk bed (1.80m long), wardrobe, two roll containers, reading lamps.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer.
Other: Carport at the entrance to the apartment. Terrace seating at the house with table, four garden chairs and barbecue
Covered space for drying clothes. Pets are not allowed.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. Man hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war für uns trotz bekannter Größe recht klein,aber für unseren Urlaub angenehm und vorallem sehr sauber. Der Strand ist mit nur wenigen Metern prima erreichbar.Die Auffahrt ist zwar recht abenteuerlustig,aber machbar. Alles in allem war es für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt war super, in der FeWo war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, war die Größe der Wohnung für uns (2 Erwachsene 1 Kind 6 Jahre) ausreichend. Die Auffahrt, war wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben, etwas steil aber mit etwas Geschick händelbar. Der Strand war in ca. 6 min.gemütluch durch den Wald erreicht. Die Vermieterin und der Hausverwalter waren beide sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Aufenthalt in Ferienwohnung war in Ordnung. Durch Regenwetter bedingt, mussten Radtouren abgebrochen werden oder in den Nachmittag verschoben werden. Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, wahrscheinlich vom Vormieter verursacht. Auch der Hausverwalter konnte das Problem nicht vor Ort lösen. .Autoauffahrt war sehr steil und verlangte etwas Geschick.Ruhige Lage, ausreichende Zimmergröße für den Aufenthalt.

Akzeptable Unterkunft für 1 Woche, aber nicht modern

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke in Ordnung, es war jedoch sehr beengend für 4 Personen bei schlechtem Wetter in der Wohnung zu sein, da diese sehr minimalistisch (Couch und Essbereich direkt nebeneinander) eingerichtet ist.Die Grillmöglichkeit befindet sich in einer Abstellecke mit Blick auf den großen Garten der Vermieter, der nicht betreten werden durfte.Steckdosen in der Küche waren zu wenig, um Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine gleichzeitig zu bedienen. Die Kücheninsel ist eher für einen Singlehaushalt als für 4 Personen geeignet. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten offiziell am Haus.Alles in allem machbar, aber für unsere Verhältnisse nicht modern.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber schnuckelig. Mit 4 Personen wäre sie mir zu klein. Mit 2 Personen war sie toll. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wie schon beschrieben ist die Auffahrt ein Abenteuer. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung wieder nehmen, da die Lage sehr gut ist.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr schön und passte ideal zu unseren Ansprüchen. Ich habe mit meinem Kindern (Kita-Alter) dort eine Woche Urlaub verbracht. Es war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Einfahrt ist wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben, ein Abenteuer. Wir haben glück gehabt und konnten uns an das Ende der Einfahrt stellen, da die Eigentümer nicht da waren. Ansonsten kann man die Einfahrt mit einem normalen Auto nicht hoch fahren. Die Wohnung wäre mir für 4 Personen zu klein, aber wir wussten anhand der vorherigen beweetugnen was uns erwartet. Preis leistung atimmt!

Die Wohnung ist klein aber Schnuckelig. In einem Wohngebiet gelegen,unweit der Strandpromenade ca,600m. Einziges Manko ist die Auffahrt zum Carport sie ist steil ,und ich glaube sie ist nicht jeder manns Sache.

Klein aber fein

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung. Klasse Ausstattung, die Kleinigkeiten wie Zewa, Spüli und Co. Waren vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand bzw. Zur Promenade sind keine 5 Min zu Fuß.

hervorragende Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut,gute Einkaufmöglichkeit.Alles gut Erreichbar,Ahlbeck,Herringsdorf,Bansin und auch nach Polen,Alles kostenlos mit dem Bus,auch der Strand lag vor der Tür 200 Meter.Urlaub war Super.Auch die Unterkunft war Super.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Auf die Terrasse haben wir uns aufgrund der vielen Stechmücken nicht getraut. Dafür kann aber natürlich die Unterkunft nichts. Die Auffahrt zum Carport (Parkplatz) ist - wie von anderen Gäst*innen beschrieben - sehr steil und eng. Mit unserem Kleinwagen war dies allerdings machbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und alles war in Ordnung! Herzliche Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal Familie Nicotera

Der Urlaub war soweit ok. Das Wetter war bei uns nicht so schön aber dafür kann der Gastgeber ja nix.😉Zum Strand muss man mit dem Bus fahren.Zu Fuss wäre zu weit.Aber trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub

Mit Kinder es geht. Internet nicht besonders (Kinder). Zu wenig Steckdosen und Licht. Sehr klein und eng ist aber beschrieben. 2 Personen ohne Kinder ist das in Ordnung. Katastrohe die Auffahrt, ohne SUV nicht machbar.
