Built in 1913, the villa is located on the beautiful island of Usedom in the tranquil seaside resort of Zempin. A short walk past the bike rental shop, restaurant, and through the quiet coastal forest, and there before you lies the endless sandy beach and the vast Baltic Sea...
On the way to the Achterwasser, you’ll pass a bakery, the train station, a bus stop, and the tourist information office.

Holiday by the Sea
We completely renovated and modernised the White Villa by the Sea in the spring of 2020. It now features two spacious, child-friendly holiday apartments. The “Luv” apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is furnished to accommodate up to five adults and one baby.

Living by the Sea
Whip up a delicious holiday meal in the modern, fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need: a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and hand blender. After meals, the game collection comes out at the dining table, which has five chairs and a high chair. Or you can relax in the couch nook with a good book.

Your afternoon coffee and cake from the bakery next door taste especially good on the south-facing balcony. If the sun happens to be a little too strong, simply roll out the awning.

After sunbathing or a sauna session, the rain shower in the bathroom offers a relaxing treat. For our youngest guests, a changing table with a washable pad is available.

Comfortable double beds in both bedrooms invite you to sink into their soft pillows in the evening. The bright, airy rooms exude a pleasant sense of calm. The sturdy armchair with a sleep function and the cot for your youngest little one also invite you to drift off to sleep.

Forest Cinema by the Sea
On the romantic veranda overlooking the coastal forest, you’ll experience a magnificent home theatre: You can leave the modern flat-screen TV turned off when the family of five squirrels is once again happily playing tag.

Working by the Sea
If you’re looking to save on holiday expenses and are travelling to work remotely, you’ll appreciate the fold-out Holiday Office with a view of the greenery and the reliable internet connection.

Out by the Sea
On your own barbecue terrace with garden furniture, you can fire up the large barbecue fireplace or make yourself comfortable in the cosy beach chair. The large play area next to the villa offers plenty of space to play and run around. A sandpit with sand toys and a handcart await our youngest guests.

The outbuildings on the property house the Finnish sauna, the lockable bike garage, and the laundry room with a washing machine. Everything is included and available at any time.

Sustainability
The holiday home is equipped with full thermal insulation, uses green electricity, and features a charging station for your electric car as well as charging options for your e-bikes.
