The owners welcome you to a well-preserved estate featuring three adjoining holiday rentals, each tastefully and modernly furnished. Each cottage has its own private terrace and a shared garden located across from the cottages (access to the adjoining cottages is via the terrace in front of the cottage). A new cottage for 2 people is also available (“Gîte de l’Écureuil”). Located in the village of Baromesnil, just a few kilometres from the famous town of Eu—where the last king of France, Louis-Philippe, once stayed—you can enjoy the tranquility of the setting and the many tourist attractions along the coast (Le Tréport, Mers-les-Bains, Criel-sur-Mer, Baie de Somme...). You’ll find all the local shops 8 km away. You’ll love the contemporary decor, the natural light, and the spacious rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. Ground floor: - living room with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, and dining table, - fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle…), - 1 bedroom for 2 people (160x200 cm bed), - modern bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer, electric towel warmer, and toilet, 1st floor: Landing leading to the bedrooms: - 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds, 90x190), - 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds, 90x190), - Bathroom with sink, shower stall, and toilet; private terrace with patio furniture located on the left side of the cottage to avoid being overlooked by the adjacent cottage. Access to a shared garden for all three cottages. Private on-site parking. 2 fire extinguishers provided for safety (1 per floor), smoke detectors.
