PALMETTO BOULEVARD, EASILY ACCOMMODATES 2 FAMILIES, STEPS FROM THE BEACH!

Palmetto Boulevard home across the street from the beach with open concept living room/dining room/kitchen that opens to expansive screened porch. 4 bedrooms downstairs and an upstairs 5th bedroom with upstairs den that opens to deck with incredible ocean views that parallel that of an ocean front home. Huge backyard and covered area under the house with picnic tables, hammock, and space to play for the kids. As is typical for most homes at Edisto, linens are not provided. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental in the summer season. There is not a minimum stay in the off season.

A wonderful location for our family of eleven to celebrate Thanksgiving. Our host was attentive, courteous, and helpful. The kitchen and pantry areas qwere well stocked.I recommend this location. We will go there again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room and a quick walk to the beach. The screened in porch was where we all sat at night. You can see the water from the house and that was nice. We would stay here again. The owners were so nice. They checked in with us our whole stay. .

Great location and space

We had a great family vacation in this home. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a group. The kitchen had the basic pots, pans, and cabinet essentials we needed for cooking. It’s just a short walk to beach access, which made coming and going with kids easy. The upstairs bedroom feels like its own little apartment—perfect for giving someone in the group a bit more privacy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, Relaxing Vacation

This property was perfect for our family to come together and vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was clean. The hammock on the porch was the favorite spot for everyone. Naps for all! The set up of the rooms were perfect for us. The teenagers were able to be separate from the adults and the little kids. The beach was a quick walk and easily accessible. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent place for a family.

Lots of bedroom, bathroom, and living space. Fully equipped kitchen and both gas and charcoal grills. Great screen porch with a swing and hammock. The hammock is the easiest place in the house to fall asleep, with ocean views and breeze. It's an easy walk to the beach. There is also an ice cream truck that comes by right out front! Depending on the kids, that's great or bad!

We love Edisto!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Shells Sanctuary! The home itself is beautiful and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. The porch and deck areas have wonderful ocean views. When we arrived the lights under the home were not working. These were fixed quickly. It meant a lot to us as we enjoy cornhole in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach cottage!

This was a beautiful beach cottage topped off with a perfect porch. We spent a majority of our time on the screened in porch!! Beach access is super close and the home decor was just right!

Great Hospitality

The owners were fabulous to deal with and the house was nice. It was very clean, and is a perfect distance from the beach. We had to shift our scheduled visit because of a work obligation and the owners were super accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing Beach Stay

This was a wonderful house! Super convenient to the beach. Well stocked, great layout for guests! Owners could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic! Screens porch is amazing with abundant seating. Will definitely be back!!

Great vacation

We had a large family vacation so others rented another property. This is directly across the street from the beach so no long walk with all your beach stuff to get there! The house worked out great for our family! Plenty of space to spread out too!

Best Vacation

My family, ranging in ages between 16 and 75 really enjoyed staying in this home. The home was very clean, kitchen is well stocked. Nicely located, walking distance to everything. Short walk to the beach access. The owner is super nice and easy to get in contact with. Will stay here again.

Wonderful place.

The house was amazing, it was exactly what we wanted. We wanted a home away from home for our family to hang out enjoy each others company and make memories. Nat was a great host. He was pleasant to deal with, kind and friendly. I would recommend this property.

Great house for a crowd. Great water pressure, great beds, great location, great front porch that we loved, and the kitchen was full of every single cooking tool you could need. The owners were great to work with. We were very comfortable in this home.

Beach week with the kids!

We surprised our kids with a beach week in Edisto. If you can’t afford to be right on the beach, but need a larger house, this is IT! Location is literally steps from the smaller beach access (golf cart only so it’s not too busy) and there are views of the ocean from both porches. The huge 1st floor screened in porch was a favorite gathering place. Wonderful all-around home. The kitchen is incredibly well furnished. We cooked a ton of huge meals.

Excellent property and a perfect fit for our family

Very clean and well supplied in all areas. Paper towels, toilet tissue, beach and kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. all there. Nicely and comfortably furnished. Games and puzzles too! Gas and charcoal grill. Nice views of the ocean. On our visit, it was very windy with noticeable salt air, which cooled down the heat and humidity some. The house is a less than one block walk to the beach. A terrific place to stay!!

Great Family House

We really enjoyed the layout of this house for our family. My parents were upstairs, my brother and his wife were on one side of the house and my wife, myself and our kids were all on the same side of the house. Prefect setup for our little ones to be close but not in our room. Beach access was only 200ish ft away. The house had beach games, corn hole, kid toys, sound machines, pack and play, basically everything a family with kids would need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect week

This home was perfect for our family! We had up to 10 adults at various times during the week and there was more than enough room for a couple more. We spent most of our time on the amazing porch! Plenty of room for parking and for corn hole/lowcountry boil under house. The A/C worked GREAT! Comfortable beds and the second floor living area/bedroom/bathroom was perfect for the couple in our group with a 3 month old. Close to beach access 6. Great communication with owner! We look forward to staying again!

Killer front porch

Feedback and communication with the owners was top notch. About 60 yds from closest beach access. Golf carts are not legal for this address but we rented a LSV which worked out great. The owners have done some upgrades with more on the way. Everybody seemed to migrate to the huge front porch which is screened with fans. Wonderful ! We had a great time and this house will remain on our list for future rentals.

This property has the charm of a traditional Edisto Beach cottage with a 5 bedroom layout that is perfect for multifamily vacations. Upstairs and downstairs dens with 2 master suites. The screened porch and upper and lower decks provide incredible ocean views. Steps from the beach but with the benefit of a large backyard that few beachfront homes in Edisto have. Tons of space for entertaining. Hammocks, porch swings, chaise lounge chairs all available to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean.
