Q12 Beach Haven is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 7

The property is close to all amenities including the Sandy Mart and Sandlapper Lake. Q12 is pet friendly and comes with a complementary golf cart and gas grill for your stay.

The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area.

Master Bedroom has a King bed with full sized dresser, flat screen t.v and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The bathroom also has a stacking washer/dryer combo

The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with full sized dresser and flat screen t.v and is attached to the second bathroom.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, baking ware, dishes ect. Seating at the bar with 4 chairs and also a fold out kitchen table with an additional 4 chairs.

Living room has a full leather sleeper sofa couch and a recliner.

The house is equipped with wifi and cable t.v.

Ocean Lakes requires an additional $10 per day per vehicle parking pass. Our site allows for 2 cars to be parked at it. This fee is paid to Ocean Lakes before you are allowed to enter.

Easter week at Ocean Lakes

Great little cottage for 2! Very nice to have golf cart. Loved the little front porch. We would rent again on our trip back to Ocean Lakes!

A nice stay

This is an exceptional beach cottage. While it was off-season, it was very quiet and very comfortable. Kim was very helpful with our check-in process and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with golf cart

Owner was very responsive and the home is very nice and supplied with use of their personal golf cart which was a huge plus! I must add the beds in this home are soo comfortable. Will definitely be staying at Q-12 again.

Wow is all we can say Everything was amazing. We barely left the property where our house was located There were so many activities for the holidays and so much room fo four little dog The whole community was amazing and we couldn’t of been happier

Nice home and a great location

The home was located on a nice quiet block in Ocean Lakes but a short golf cart ride to the beach and the water park. The house was clean when we arrived and in great condition. The front porch is so nice and a great place to spend the evenings. Definitely would stay there again!

Great Property

We had such a good vacation! The house was perfect for our family. My husband, myself, our daughters, and dogs. The beds were so comfy, it was really nice that this property included the golf cart, and also allows dogs on the bigger side. The property is so convenient to everything and not far at all. Would love to stay here again!

The communication was great. The place was very clean. It needs some TLC. I added a couple of pictures to show the attention it needs. It is older and its age is showing. Front porch furniture needs to be painted or replaced- weather of course is hard to fight.

Beach Haven – A Hidden Gem for Small Families

We recently stayed at the Beach Haven and it was the perfect vacation rental for our small family. The location was ideal—right near what we've always called the "Full House lake" in the Sandpiper Lake area—and provided easy access to all the main spots in Ocean Lakes.After 8 years of vacationing in Ocean Lakes, this has been our favorite rental so far. The layout was thoughtfully designed—small, yet surprisingly spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and the cozy, beachy décor made it feel like a true getaway.We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry friends along, and the included golf cart was a fantastic bonus.Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend it—perfect for small families who want comfort without feeling cramped.

Awesome Pet Friendly Home

This was the best house we have ever stayed in in Ocean Lakes . Renovated bathrooms were fantastic as well as large great room. Front porch was awesome and so nice to sit on. The golf cart was also a plus . Kim was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Looking forward to renting this unit again.

Terrific House with Golf Cart

This is a really cute house . Nicely decorated . Has all the things you would need . Kitchen well stocked with appliances . Kim Peake , the owner, is very responsive and a delightful owner . This is our third time at this house and we will continue to book this one.

Cute beach house for perfect getaway

The property is well-maintained, adorably decorated, and great for a small family vacation. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of drawers for clothes storage. The kitchen appliances are older but still in working order and fit our needs fine. The porch has plenty of sitting areas, as well as shades to pull down when the sun gets to be a bit too much. A golf cart was included in our rental which was a wonderful bonus and it was just as lovely as the rest of the property. I would definitely book this place again in the future. It was a great vacation for us!

Family Vacay!

This was actually our first vacation as a family! Q12 definitely did not disappoint! We had an issue with the internet upon arrival, but Kim was quick to respond and was very helpful in having the issue resolved. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The king bed in the master bedroom slept AMAZING, and the kids were happy with their beds as well. The use of the golf cart is a huge plus and made travel around the campground much easier! We would most definitely use this rental again for a return trip to Ocean Lakes!

We spotted this house during our stay last year and was happy to find it listed on VRBO. The house was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. It was very clean and located in a great spot in Ocean Lakes! The space was used very thoughtfully and well appointed. We didn't need for anything! The golf cart was large and the entire cart was covered, excellent for shade while riding. I liked that there is a garage to keep it in overnight. We had a wonderful trip, and the house was a BIG part of that!

What a cute house in a great part of the park. Came with golf cart that was a big plus. Kitchen was well stocked (need new pots/pans). Outside tv didn't work and some Outside lights. Inside tvs were a bit confusing. House doesn't come with blankets/comforter so did feel super homey. No beach chairs were there. But we had a great stay and made wonderful memories.

Cleanliness Failed!

Great area and location. Villa needs heavy duty cleaning inside and front porch too nasty to enjoy! Kitchen dirty and appliances too old to use. LR TV never worked properly even after maintenance came to fix. Lastly Golf Cart so old and filthy I hated riding around in it. Won’t be back, needless to say!

Cute place at the beach with large golf cart

We had a little trouble getting in the home after we went for a golf cart ride but Kimberly was very quick with responding and we got in with no problems. The king bed slept great and the kids loved the bunk beds. It’s a very cute beachy home. I went to Ocean lakes growing up and its grown so much!! There is so much to do!! The golf cart seated 6 and was amazing for getting around the campground. We learned you will need to plug in the cart every night because 100% charged on the dash is not correct, we had to hurry home before it died. We couldn’t get the kids TV to work, but we were there for such a short time is was not a problem. It was my husband’s first time and we will definitely be back. This home is very cute and I feel like Kimberly would fix or help any concerns we had during our stay. Thanks for sharing your home away from home.
