Experience the ultimate ski-in/ski-out getaway in this completely remodeled condo! 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa, and a modern full bathroom, this space is perfect for families or couples. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, while the large TV and gas fireplace create a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and includes convenient amenities such as parking for 2 cars, WiFi, and an in-unit laundry (washer/dryer). Enjoy the on-the-hour shuttle service to the main Lodge at Holiday Valley, just steps away from the Catwalk and Last Chance trails, as well as the Snowpine chairlift.

If skiing isn’t your thing, take advantage of the vibrant town with its fantastic restaurants, shopping, and activities like biking, golfing, and swimming.

Upon booking, we will provide access to our August App, which will allow you to easily enter and exit the condo.

Great place very cozy .. although we could not ski in ski out and there was no pool or hot tub as we originally thought. The fireplace had a very small flame few inches only the mattress was very comfortable , overall it was a plesant stay in writter wonderland

This was our first trip to Ellicottville, and we were eager to ride the bike park at Holimont. I was taken aback when I was searching for rentals and seeing prices 500/night and up!! That was until I found Natalie and Jimmy's place! The price was incredibly reasonable, and the space was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and quiet! It was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The condo is outfitted with all of the amenities you'll need, from a fully stocked kitchen to plentiful towels. Thank you both for your hospitality!

Cozy and convenient for the slopes

We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again.

Perfect ski weekend getaway

You can’t beat the location of this property. It was very easy to hop right on the slopes and catch a lift to the rest of the resort. Also a quick drive into downtown Ellicottville. Natalie was very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. We had some trouble with the lock app but were able to get into the property by other means. A clean and cozy place to stay for the weekend.

Accommodation exactly as described quite compact but had everything needed for our two night stay as part of our road trip. Accommodation was clean throughout and tastefully decorated in a modern style. As there were three of us we had to make use of the sofa bed which also served the purpose it was intended for. Super fast WiFi connection and TV with all the services you’d want were a bonus keeping the younger member of our family suitably entertained at the end of the day. Great communication throughout from Natalie prior to our stay detailing access requirements and places to see and eat etc. All in all a lovely stay enjoyed by all.

Memorial Day weekend

We were a bit surprised that the property was two stories below grade. It was quite a hike to unload and load the car. Three flights of stairs and a really long hallway to get to the unit. It is a gorgeous setting and a cute property but you will need to drive everywhere. And be prepared to download software to your phone to access the unit.
