Full kitchen, king bed w/ luxury mattress, 55” Roku TV, gas fireplace, covered patio w/ loveseat & green space. Pets are welcome.

Walk 9 min to Sunrise Lift (.4 mile)

Shuttle available to Holiday Valley lodge.

Bikes available to guests in Spring, Fall & Summer. Shuttle to/from resort during ski season.

The condo has a private entrance and is located on the ground floor for easy access. It is a studio apartment with a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) and a table for 2. There is 1 king bed in the main living space. The living room space has a 55" Roku TV that has spectrum cable through the Spectrum app. There is a gas fireplace and a sliding door to a covered patio which has an outdoor sofa. There is 1 full bath with a shower/tub combo. The whole condo is heated and cooled using a mini-split. There is a combo washer/dryer appliance for laundry for you to use.

Fall Weekend

Great stay. Unit was as described, very clean, well appointed and great for a weekend getaway. Large TV was a plus for watching college football and playoff baseball. Communication and location were all on point as well. Would not hesitate to book again.

Conveniently located just across the street from the slopes and a very short drive into town, the room was convenient, clean and well appointed. The bed and linens were high quality, very nice and comfortable. Communication was simple and easy and the owner responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. My wife and I spent 5 days here and found the property to be super clean and very comfortable. The biggest surprise was seeing all the little amenities that were provided. The host went far beyond our expectations to make sure we had everything we could possibly need.

A Perfect Getaway

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO rental in Ellicottville, NY! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cozy charm and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—close enough to the village to enjoy the local shops, restaurants, and slopes, but still peaceful and private for a relaxing getaway.The host was fantastic, super responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We loved coffee in the mornings and unwinding by the fireplace after a day of snowboarding. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals together. It was the perfect mix of charm and convenience.Ellicottville itself is such a gem, and this rental made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the area! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Modern, spotless, cozy!

We would absolutely recommend staying here. Check in process was very easy as we were sent a email that explained how to check in and how to heat the uniit. The place is beautifully decorated modern mid-century style.! Regarding cleanliness- spotless!! The bed was comfy! Firm! Host was easily available via text. The neighborhood is a ski condo area. It is beautifully maintained As it snowed and sidewalks were shoveled snd parking lots were plowed early morning and again in afternoon. It was actually extremely quiet probably due to a state of emergency for snowy weather so no one could get there. We felt like we were 2 of 5 people in the whole complex! I loved the coffee bar as there were 3-4 ways to make your own coffee with tons of coffee to choose from! Bring your own creamer if your creamer needs to be refrigerated. Also, during bad weather, know you will want to drive into town. If we came in the summer, we would probably walk. However, it was a State of Emergency, freezing, and snowy so we absolutely drove! For those who have electric vehicles: We needed a place to plug in our all electric vehicle, as well. There is a charger in the free parking lot 2 streets over from the Main Street. You must pay and it’s a level 2. If you need a faster charge, you must drive 10 miles south to Salamanca and even that is not a Level 3. The battery increased a percentage every 2 minutes.

Very efficient use of space! It has everything you need. Loved that it was on the first floor. The Holiday valley shuttle bus picks you up right at your unit door if you call in! And drops you off at your door on the way home from a day of skiing. Perfect for a ski getaway! Comfortable bed and kitchen appliances seem brand new.

The only bad part was i cant get any messages from the host thru expedia app i had to contact them directly to get instructions. It seems as if its a app problem. Other than that it was great unfortunately we had a pet emergency at home and had to leave earlier but look forward to returning!!
