Location, location, location! Welcome to The Portico Townhomes. Enjoy Park City and Deer Valley in this bright mountain-side townhome. New paint, carpet and lighting for 2026! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this townhouse is the perfect combination of location and space. Portico is very centrally located, just past the Park City traffic circle. Ski both Park City and Deer Valley! It is a very short walk to Main Street, the Town Lift, or to the FREE citywide shuttle system. Main Floor:
Electronic keyless entry. Open, bright living room with cable TV, fireplace, and large sectional sofa. Dining room (seats 6). Fully loaded kitchen: fridge/freezer, ice maker, new oven/gas stove, dishwasher, new microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, etc. Washer/dryer combo. Full bathroom with bath tub/shower.

2nd Floor Primary Sutie:
King bed, down comforter. En suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, toilet & large jetted soaking tub. Workstation (desk and plug-in monitor). Two large walk-in closets. Cable (and Smart) TV. Has work desk and monitor.

3rd Floor Guest Rooms:
2nd Bedroom with King Bed, down comforter, dresser, closet, Smart TV.
3rd Bedroom with Queen Bed, down comforter, closet.
Full bathroom with shower, toilet & sink.

Basic cable television is included, as well as free Wifi/ Internet.

Two garage parking spots, elevator from garage common area near unit.

Please note the unit cleaning fee is included in what VRBO calls "Host Fee" which is detailed in the reservation "Price Details" when you select your dates.

Winter Ski Trip

Wonderful place, location and hosts. VERY Clean, fabulous location (walked to Main Street in under 10 mins), covered parking, responsive hosts, and perfectly appointed condo. Really enjoyed our trip. Have been to PC a handful of times and this is the best place we’ve stayed by far.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo worked perfectly for our extended family vacation. All six of us had adequate space. Kitchen was very well stocked, we enjoyed having the washer/dryer and nice to be able to park both cars inside the garage. Easy in and out process and very walkable into town! Perfect Family Getaway

A family wedding brought us to Park City and it turned into one of the best vacations spots! The house was a perfect location for exploring and everything was walkable. It was nice to have a place to call “home” after hikes and celebrations. 10/10 will look to stay here again!!

Most convenient ski trip home

A few friends and I stayed here for a long ski weekend. The convenience to the mountain was amazing, a quick, frequent shuttle away. We also went into Park City town a few nights for dinner and the walk was really so short and easy. The house itself was just as pictured, very well set up and clean.

Perfect Park City Retreat

It was our first time visiting park city and this property was perfect for us. Two families with 3 toddlers had plenty of space. Location is close enough to downtown to walk and a very short drive to the lifts. House is well equipped and hosts are easygoing. Tremendous value for the price. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home for Park City Ski Vacation

This is a beautiful property and looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean, contact with the host was quick and easy, and the location was wonderful. It was a short drive to Deer Valley and if you wanted to take the shuttle, it was just about a block away. Getting to downtown was walkable but we were there midweek so we drove to Main Street and were able to find free parking. Underground parking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property!!

This was a wonderful property for my family's first visit to Utah! The beds were comfortable and it was definitely enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. ( There are plenty of stairs so anyone with mobility issues should be aware of that). The Park City bus was only a few steps away which was great for exploring the area. Deer Valley was 1 stop away and Park City mountain was only 3 stops! The house was clean and comfortable! The hosts were super responsive ! We would definitely stay again!
