Our Trip

Over all the house was okay. The main living room couch looks so torn up that we could barely use it (we had white pieces of fabric stuck to us if we sat on it), the PlayStation didn’t work, no kitchen linens (besides one towel), and the house was not clean whatsoever. Which is very disappointing for how much of a cleaning fee they charge. We had to reach out to the property manager to have them send someone over to “re-clean” the floors since my children’s feet were pure black just from walking on the floor within 5 mins - the lady that came did not knock she just walked into the house, which to me was not cool. The pool guy also did not knock or let it be known they were doing stuff in the pool while we were staying there. However, the house is in a great location, close to Disney.

There was alot of things Inwas not happy at all! First the furniture in the dinning table was not cleaned or sanitized at all, the pots were butned, toaster had old bread crumbs inside filthy as well as the garbage can too! The master bedroom bathroom light was not working at all, several closet doors were off rhe track including one in the children room nearly fell on one of my children! There was roaches along with the patio set rhe chairs were broken and dirty chair pads.Also the most terrifying thing was when maintenance entered the house without notice and he mentioned he was watching me thru the kitchen window and noticed Inwas by the pool with family members sonhe didn't want to bother me! Where is rhe privacy? If he would have entered an hr earlier he would have seen me coming out the shower!! This really took me off guard! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT THIS HOUSE MY PRIVACY WAS INVADED!!!

Muito melhor do que ficar num hotel. Foi a minha primeira experiência, vou usar sempre. Casa maravilhosa, espaçosa, ótima e ampla cozinha americana!!! Todos os cômodos muito confortáveis!!! Piscina aquecida, hot tube e churrasqueira funcionando muito bem!!! Adorei!! Recomendo!!! Fui muito bem atendido pelo Edney, excelente profissional!!!
