Built circa 1918, the home is furnished in the common areas with ( mainy) antique/period correct furnishings with subtle modern updates including a modern kitchen and a modern bar/rec room in the basement area.

The house's amenities include a large wrap around porch, a large back yard and additional porches on the second level. A washer and dryer are included in the master suite as well as a suana in the master bedroom shower area.

There is a large screen tv in the sitting room and one in the bar area. Both are equipped with a Roku for video on demand.
The house has wifi.

There is ample parking in the rear. (Access to a 3 car garage can be arranged.)
