Two bedroom suites with smart TVs and one office suite. Each with their own bathroom and privacy doors. Stunning galley kitchen, fully equipped to make your own meals. Water filtration system installed for clear , healthy drinking water and for cooking. Sliding doors open to your relaxing screened in lanai with pool.( if heated an additional $275 will apply ONLY for 5 days or longer) There’s a grill to barbecue ( must be cleaned after each use) and enjoy the outdoors. Step out to a 45x10 dock to enjoy your mornings (sunrise on left ) and evenings (sunset on right). May bring boat to tie up to dock ( no charge, but must get approval from owner before) Fish from your dock , enjoy an adult beverage, or simply relax. Minutes from Downtown , Fisherman’s Village , Gilchrist and Ponce De Leon Park. Sunseeker, Warm Mineral Springs , beautiful beaches in Englewood and Boca Grande, Stump Pass, Venice is 45-60 minutes away. Chairs and coolers are provided as well as pool/ beach towels. Your stay in Punta Gorda will be memorable.

I’m a retired teacher and my husband is a retired Police lieutenant. We stumbled into Punta Gorda and fell in love with the place; it’s quaint yet it has a vibrant nightlife
Why they chose this property
We love this property’s proximity to the downtown area, beaches, walking and biking trails. There’s a Farmer’s Market every Saturday and Sunday and many art festivals throughout the year. There are also quite a few estate and garage sales on the weekends and many consignments stores filled with treasures. We enjoy sitting at our backyard / dock that sits on a canal that leads to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.
