This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom second floor, corner unit condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features updates throughout including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. It has a private balcony that overlooks River Run village and offers partial slope views. Centrally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. Dercum Square is also right outside your door which features a playground, an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features outdoor seating, a gas grill and beautiful slope / River Run views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed on our Ultra Premium Linen program and a flat screen TV. The full bathroom is across the hall and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice little condo for a brief 2-person stay. It is a short walk to the gondola. The condo felt a bit tight with the bulky furniture (and Christmas tree) in the small space. The kitchen had nice appliances and was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. The multiple construction areas across the street were loud during the day, but hopefully those are completed before next ski season.

Short walk to lifts. Having pool and hot tubs on property saves the walk that some other property guests needed to do to use the pools. There were a few maintenance issues that we addressed with the management company

We came into town as total newbies, skiing the Rockies for the first time. The space was clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed. The main office was very nice and allowed us to check in slightly early, even though we hadn’t requested it, which was a huge relief. We loved the convenience of the location and the amenities, including the hot tub, sauna, and ski lockers. Everything we needed, from supplies to groceries to the gondola and even restaurants, was within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
