The Rügenhaus is located in the small village Lancken-Granitz, Am Mühlengrund 19 on the outskirts.
The DHH is about 75m² in size.
On the ground floor next to a living room with kitchenette and dining area have a small hall with wardrobe and a shower room.
The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave etc.. Dishwashing liquid, rags, drying wipes ... are available.
In the living area are a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a display case. On a chest of drawers is a flat screen TV, which can be used as a radio.
Two bedrooms, each with two double beds and a small bathroom with toilet are upstairs.
For infants a cot and a highchair are available (by appointment).
An extra bed for a fifth Person is possible.
The house has two parking spaces, a terrace with garden furniture.

The Fereinhaus is a Non smoking house; Of course you can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed.

In the HS, the DHH is always rented weekly from Sat to Sat, otherwise the minimum rental period is 5 days and the day of arrival is arbitrary.
