Samudrá in Sanskrit (a classical South Asian Language) means "Gathering Together of Waters". Welcome to N Topsail Beach with this beautiful Oceanfront home. Whether you prefer the breathtaking views of Ocean or serenity of the sound/Inlet or a pool view place, this place has it all

This features a reverse plan with 1st floor having 2 bedrooms, laundry & bathroom. 2nd floor has living room, kitchen, dining and 1/2 bath. 3rd floor has a master room & large bath. All 3 floors have private decks

Please note that swimming pool I open only from mid May to mid October (subject to change by HOA)

Great beach house

Stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time. We love coming here to the beach. Townhouse was great. Can't wait to be back next year.

Peaceful Stay

House was very clean, easy access to the pool and beach. It was perfect for a girls trip, there were 4 of us and plenty of room! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book and stay again.

Beautiful location

Lovely condo, shipwatch is great and the community pool always had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our week and the owners checked in on us and kept us updated about a potential internet outage during our time. Very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful Townhome and View

A perfect month stay! The townhome is clean, spacious and up to date. Five decks with great views! The owners are responsive and wish to make your stay perfect which mine was. I definitely will be going back!

Perfect beach getaway

We travelled with two adult children, their partners and one 13 year old child. The spacious 3 bedrooms and pull out sofa were perfect fit for us. The amenities were awesome. It was so relieving to have toiletries and cleaning supplies already available as well as sheets and pillows and quilts. Many places do not put that much effort into making guests comfortable. The hosts were gracious and very responsive. Checking in was very easy. The pool was great and usually not busy and the beach was a couple minute walk from the condo. We have never had such a relaxing and amazing time at the beach.

North Topsull beach

We had a pleasant and easy experience renting this property. We had stayed previously in another unit, and decided to book this one for 3 weeks! Wow! The value was much better, owner was fantastic, and the beach was sun shiny most every day!

Quick trip

This was a good place to stay for a quick spring break trip with the kids. Easy, private beach access was the best perk. We liked having a washer and dryer for quick beach clothes cleaning. Initially the smell of cooked fish from the previous renter along with stuffy temperature because the HVAC was off was a big turn off. Property manager was attentive in wanting to fix the smell but buying and lighting candles mostly fixed the problem by the next day. All in all it was a good stay for a quick trip!

Perfect location, but disappointed

Overall, my family and I were disappointed in the rental. Property is old and not well maintained. 2 bathroom fixtures fell off the wall our first day . 3 of the 5 decks had no chairs, tables, etc. Old deck doors were difficult to open , one screen door fell on my niece. I had to purchase a new can opener because the one there was all rusted. The owner was very apologetic, sent a kind handyman who helped with the doors a little but wasnt able to attach the fixtures. We were told the outdoor furniture was damaged from the weather. The owner gave us 100.00 back which didnt change anything. The unit needs a deep clean. Blades on ceiling fans were so dirty, as were baseboard floors. Plastic or vinyl curtains in living room were so dirty on the back, they stuck to the wall. The area is beautiful, pool and ocean were great, but the unit is not well maintained bbathroom foxtures

Clean, comfortable spot with ocean and soundviews

We really enjoyed this rental property. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in each night. The check-in and check-out policies were very reasonable and easy, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here.

3 floors for 3 generations

Our family had a fabulous week at Samudra! A quick walk down to the beach & pool - and plenty of comfortable decks & nooks in the house to read, rest, play and enjoy the ocean view. Suhas & Siri were super responsive to questions and the house was well stocked. We brought just a couple of kitchen things with us (a drip coffee maker and casserole dish) - otherwise everything we needed was there. Wish we'd had a second week! Will definitely explore staying again at Samudra next summer.

Great stay!

Was really surprised how large the unit was with plenty of space for everyone! It works out well if you have one family on one floor with the two bedrooms that share a bathroom then another family with a toddler or baby staying in the other. Plenty of space to get away and the walk wasn’t bad at all to the beach. Already have a second date booked this year!

Home away for Home

We absolutely loved this beach house. The owners have thought of everything to make for a fun filled, relaxing beach vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, pantry items, linens, beach toys and chairs, surfboards along with great location and easy beach access makes this a perfect choice for family with kids. It has been a memorable birthday celebration and we will be back soon!

Beautiful vacation stay for the family!

We had never booked a rental home previously and were not sure what to expect at Samudra. And I can say for sure that we are now a Vrbo customer for life! Right from the booking experience to the stay to the final checkout, it has only been pleasant and tension free. The booking experience was smooth. Suhas and Siri were excellent in their responses to our questions (being first time renters, we had quite a few!). They gave us information on the home, what we would find there, as well as the beach activities near the home. When we arrived, we found Samudra impeccably clean and well furnished with all the amenities needed for our family (with grandparents and a child looking forward to a relaxing spring break!). Kitchen utensils for cooking, TVs in every room with apps that we could log into so everyone can watch their favorite shows during the stay, a guide book providing information on the area and toiletries in the bathroom - every thing was perfect! The home had private access to the beach which was perfect for my parents! My mother was very happy listening to the ocean sounds in the family room, reminding her of her hometown in coastal India - I can say this was a truly exceptional stay for all of us! I believe this experience was not unique to us, based on the comments in the feedback notebook kept at the home. I would highly recommend Samudra to anyone looking for a stay away from home and would love to go back and spend another vacation there.
