The Van Lee sits in the heart of Ormond Beach and is one of the tallest buildings in Ormond. The Van Lee offers a large salt water pool and ocean front sun deck. There is a gated and private beach entrance for easy access to the beach.

PH6 "The View" has 3 bedrooms with king size beds and 3 full baths. Smart TV in all bedrooms. A large kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils. Features an open floor plan and dining table with extra chairs to accommodate guests. Also, 6 bar stools along bar between kitchen and dining room. Large Pantry and washer and dryer inside unit.

PH6 features a cozy, homelike feel, in honor of the grandparents/greatgrands that left PH6 in our care. We are proud to keep there memory preserved!

*Cleaned with private company after each guest stay.*

Balcony with openings from master bedroom and living area for a panoramic view. Large windows for viewing the Atlantic ocean which you will often spot wildlife like sharks, rays, pelicans & dolphins.

Underground parking garage with reserved parking spot close to elevator. Van Lee provide shopping carts in garage lobby. Fitness room and sauna located adjacent lobby area.

The condo is nicely updated kitchen and baths but retains a cozy family vibe. Bedrooms offered great privacy and master has a stellar view with balcony access. So peaceful and relaxing with great beach access. Can't wait to visit again.

Unit has AMAZING views! Kitchen is well stocked, aside from ceiling fans plenty of extra fans for added airflow if needed. It was like walking into a daily occupied home. Quiet, peaceful and very zen. Beach access is steps away. Quick email response from host. Check-in was easy and very well detailed. Great little gem! Would book again. Thank you Neff Family for sharing this piece of home with us.

The Neff family originate from Florida, we are now spread out all over the US. Penthouse 6 “The View” was purchased in 1992 and has been in the Neff family ever since. We love “the view” because of the gorgeous view. It feels like home and reminds us of our beloved Florida beginnings. PH6 has a home like atmosphere and families with children are welcome.

What makes this property unique

The view is unique because of the VIEW! While inside looking out of PH 6 towards the Atlantic Ocean, it feels like you are on your personal cruise ship. Unobstructed view of the beach all the way to Daytona.
