A beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom single-level condominium with outstanding Pinnacle Peak views! This luxury property has an open floor plan, Alder wood doors and cabinets, wood and travertine floors, marble in the bathrooms, granite kitchen countertops (a fantastic kitchen) and custom landscaping/patio in the back. There are custom wood shutters throughout, and shades for floor-to-ceiling patio windows/sliding glass doors.
Fully Furnished, this condo features a large master bed/bath (king bed), large 2nd bedroom (queen bed) with an ensuite full bath and a 3rd bedroom (full bed) with excellent views! Great gas fireplace in the family room and excellent large dining table seats 6.
Open floor-plan with family room, large dining area with separate kitchen/eating area, sitting/living room. Large laundry room and 2 car garage. The home is stocked with linens, towels, pool towels, pool umbrella, all kitchen utensils and features AllClad cookware.
All utilities are included in monthly rentals (AC/Heat, Water, Trash, Wifi). The TV's have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu for your evening enjoyment!

Hi, and thank you for looking at our fantastic home! We bought this condo in 2020 as a second seasonal home when we lived in California. We fell in love with the area and decided to move here permanently in late 2021, so we bought a home just up the street on the Troon North golf course. We kept this condo for friends and family to stay in when visiting, and rent it when available. We had a 9 month renter in 2022, and family during January-March of this year, so there aren't a lot of VRBO reviews/activity. Rest assured, we know you'll love the home and location and all that the Troon North community has to offer. Please reach out with any questions, or if you have shorter stay needs or custom dates. Discounts are available for multi-month rentals.
Why they chose this property
North Scottsdale and Troon have a lot to offer. This small, private complex is ideally located, right across the street from the Four Seasons Resort. It's super quiet, with very friendly neighbors. Each building has only 4 units. This home is lower level, and the upstairs neighbors are full-time in the area and really great. The other 2 units are seasonal owners (not rentals).
The Pinnacle Point condo complex features an excellent pool, spa and gym that overlook the neighboring mountains and Troon golf course. You're ideally located in the heart of luxury golf and activities!
