Pinnacle Peak Shadows is miles from noise and traffic yet minutes from everything you need. This is a beautiful neighborhood with wide streets perfect for walking.
Spectacular, newly installed granite & subway tile create a chef's delight kitchen. Enjoy Arizona's amazing weather while grilling in the outdoor cooking space.

The main living space and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. The patio has a TV as well. Enjoy 100% cotton luxury linens on brand new mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a king bed.

Are you bringing kids? We provide a pack-n-play and high chair for the little ones. The pool is NOT fenced so we stress caution when children are staying at this property.

Looking for backyard fun? Pool floats, beach towels and sunscreen are here for you. The gas grilling area is surrounded by lush trees and beautiful landscaping. Relax while dinner is cooking. Comfy outdoor furniture plus a patio TV help you enjoy the Arizona weather.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On your checkout day, please don’t make the beds that were used. It is a huge help to our cleaning crew if you wash & dry (no need to fold) one load of bath towels (with bleach) before you leave.
Please also wash dirty pots/pans and load/run the dishwasher. We will handle all the regular cleaning. That’s what you paid for.
Remember to take home your charging cords and leave the garage door remote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Three car maximum. No overnight street parking allowed. This is a residential neighborhood so no loud parties or events are allowed.

I've stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years. I have never been in a better stocked place. The kitchen supplies and furnishings were excellent. Overall the place was spacious and comfortable. Bedding was terrific. My wife and I both wished we had more time to enjoy the backyard. I would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Great Place To Stay!

The house was great. Plenty of space for all of us inside and we absolutely loved the outside area. We were able to enjoy March Madness on the TV outside, it was perfect. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in that area!

Spring Break Getaway with Littles

Such an incredible house for a spring break week away with the family! We have two young kids and Kelly did everything to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The house was well stocked with all of the essentials and was very clean and comfortable for our whole family. And the pool was incredible! Truly made our getaway week relaxing and fun.

Nice house and a nice stay. The only issue we had was the heater for the pool did not work correctly. I really don't think they wanted to heat the pool for us. Too bad!!

Spectacular house and location

The house: spacious and well-maintained, with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. Kelly was very responsive, although we did not need anything. The location: if you like to eat, there are tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. If you like to walk, you can wander for miles on the quiet streets of the neighborhood admiring the mountain views, the variety of desert-appropriate houses and especially their creative landscaping. For something a bit more challenging, there are many hiking trails nearby. For cycling, the nearby REI Adventure Center rents bicycles of all types and can suggest routes. Our family loved our week-long stay here.

Sunshine getaway

My husband and I love this part of the country and stayed here in 2020 the first time - and we were not disappointed that we returned this summer! Generally, we like to try different homes/areas when we travel, but we liked this home so much the first time that we decided to stay again. This is BY FAR the best stocked vacation home that we have ever rented, and we travel several times a year, all over the country, both privately and for work. The kitchen - from the spices to the cookware and appliances - to the bathrooms with shampoos and lotions, paper goods, even suntan lotion choices- they have it all. The backyard is amazing. The pool is pristine and the outdoor furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The new (to us) TV outside was great, we watched Netflix in the pool one night. There is a beautiful grilling area as well that we did not utilize this time (but we did last trip) that is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, we enjoyed being so close to so many convenient shopping/eating places. If you are looking to stay in the area, look no further, this place is great!

Pinnacle Peak Perfection!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks and it was an amazing time. The home is beautiful with every possible amenity, including a kitchen built for a 5 star chef. We spoke to or communicated via text and email to Kelly Parker, the property manager, prior to and during our visit and she answered every question, provided all the necessary supplies and more for the home. The bedrooms and baths are gorgeous, the pool and barbecue are are divine. There was simply nothing that could have been improved upon. The location is great - we walked/hiked up Pinnacle Peak road nearly every day, exploring neighborhoods and photographing the abundance of gorgeous flowering Prickly Pear Cactus Ocotillo and more! We were 5 minutes from AJ's - a beautiful gourmet grocery store located in a wonderful shopping center with everything we needed....and then only about 5 more minutes to a Safeway and drugstores if we were looking for more ordinary household items. It was easy to access restaurants, museums, art galleries, via Pinnacle Peak and Pima Road. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the neighbors are all so friendly. It was a heavenly visit and we look forward to returning next year.

Near Perfection

Stayed here with my family while in town for Spring Training and a youth baseball tournament. The house is perfect for a family of four with tons of space and an amazing outdoor area. Yes, the home is gorgeous, but there are plenty of nice homes on VRBO. What really sets this place apart is how livable it is. We've stayed in plenty of rental properties and this home was by far the best appointed for rental stays. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, dish, spice, or piece of cookware you might want. Bathrooms are stocked with soft white towels, quality soap & shampoo, even makeup remover and sunscreen. The living area is huge with a great dining room table, comfy sofa, and large television with great sound. There's very little room for improvement here. My only suggestion would be to updgrade the pool heater controller as we paid the additional fee for the pool to be heated, but the heater wasn't on when we arrived so the pool didn't reach the proper temperature until day three of our stay. That said, the property manager was available and very responsive to my request to get the heater working - sending someone out right away to get it fixed. A+++ rating for this property. Highly recommend.
