Ideally located near the Lakes of the Forêt d’Orient and just outside Troyes, this holiday rental is the perfect starting point for exploring the region while enjoying a restful and exclusive setting where you can savour every moment. Spread out over a single level and accessible to guests with limited mobility, you’ll enjoy a spacious living area that opens onto the pool for refreshing moments surrounded by nature, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a teleworking area, a television, and offering breathtaking views. The beds can be separated to provide separate sleeping arrangements. Outside (landscaping in progress): parking, carport, bike storage, terraces, garden, barbecue, lounge chairs, relaxation area, and a private pool accessible from May through September (weather permitting), heated to 26 degrees with a safety cover. Wellness area featuring a spa, sauna, and herbal tea corner (€38/hour/2 people). For your comfort, everything is included: made-up beds, bath and pool towels, dressing gowns, heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, and toiletries. Natural summer comfort: We’ve chosen to prioritise eco-friendly comfort, which is why, in accordance with our Ecogîte certification, the cottage is not equipped with air conditioning. Thanks to its cooling floor system, the house maintains a pleasant coolness that is distributed gently, quietly, and evenly—more comfortable than traditional air conditioning, as it avoids drafts and temperature fluctuations. To complement this system, the large picture windows are protected by sunshades and shade sails that effectively limit the sun’s heat.
