Very beautiful stone house of country of 200 m2 with garden of 2500 m2, quiet, conveniently served by a motorway (A5, Paris / Dijon) 3 km. Located 10 minutes from the Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient (feet ride, cycling, swimming, fishing, sailing) and the Champagne vineyards (visits to wineries and tasting), 30 minutes from Troyes (walk in the historic heart the old town with its half-timbered houses) and outlet stores, 15 mins from Nigloland Theme Park, 40 minutes from Lac du Der where you can observe the magnificent spectacle of the migration of cranes in the autumn.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a living room (TV, DVD player, Wifi, fireplace), dining room with equipped semi open kitchen. A master bedroom (160x200) with ensuite bathroom (shower and spa bath), a second double bedroom (160x200 bed), twin (2 beds 90x190 convertible into double bed), separate toilet.
Upstairs :
2 double bedrooms (160x200), one bedroom with two single beds and a double bed mezzanine (140x190), a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
large herb garden with possibility of parking several cars in the attached outbuildings, closed for bikes, large yard with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal place for summer meals and moments of relaxation.

Beautiful house from which to explore the Champagne region

We travelled as an extended family to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. The house is comfortably large enough for adults and teenagers, all of whom enjoyed relaxing by the pool and dining al fresco! It's a great location, close to the motorway and easy to find. We highly recommend the creperie in the village and the champagne tasting and tour at Champagne Drappier in nearby Urville.

Family stay August 2024

Lovely property, hosts and local manager most helpful. The pool was a great hit, used every day for much of each day. Good barbecue area and the under cover trampoline was a nice feature for our granddaughter. Lack of a bakery in the village itself was the only - very minor - negative. Would be very happy to return to this property in the future.

Excellent stay

The property is large and the photos do not show how large the back garden is. The pool is excellent, as is the trampoline. The village is very quiet with a single small creperie. Communication with owner was simple and the manager was very nice, living in the same village. Only issue is that there is a charge for linen, which is not in the advert (and still isn't in the advert...)

Veel regen, maar fantastisch verlof door prachtig huis.

Goed verzorgd huis mooie kamers met alle comfort( jaccuzzi, vaatwas, wasmachine, droogkast, ...) Groot grasveld om te sporten. Groot overdekt terras, handig bij regenweer. Verwarmd zwembad, dus zwemmen bij slecht weer is ook mogelijk. Wel afgelegen, maar dat hindert niet. Pretpark en meer voor watersport op 20km. Wij hebben ons goed geamuseerd, en de kinderen ook. Aan te raden.

La maison est grande , les chambres sont bien agencées , il y a tout ce qu’il faut . La décoration est sympa . On a adoré le petit sapin 🌲 👍. C’est propre et le propriétaire réceptif à notre demande . La dame qui nous a remis les clés , très gentille et très agréable.. je recommande pour passer un séjour agréable en familles ou entre amis .. le coût est élevé mais les prestations sont là 👍 Merci

Schöne Woche in der Champagne

Wir waren mit vier Familien eine Woche im Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Der Pool ist super und auch das Gelände sehr groß und weitläufig. Der Tisch draußen war super wenn auch etwas abgelegen, man musste schon bereit sein alles hin und her zu tragen um draußen zu essen, dafür hatte man dort eine schöne Essgelegenheit. Keine Mücken - das war sehr gut.

Super week-end à Thieffrain !

Nous étions 3 familles pour partager un week-end. La taille de la maison était idéale, la maison est bien équipée notamment pour les enfants, le salon bien ensoleillé le matin, les chambres spacieuses. Le village est facilement accessible, proche du lac, de la forêt et d'une ferme pédagogique.

Semaine d’Aout pluvieuse

Malgré cette première semaine d’Aout assez peu gâté par la météo nous avons pu profiter des installations couvertes de la maison ainsi que sa piscine chauffée dont les enfants ont profité tous les jours. La maison est vraiment superbe et très pratique pour accueillir plusieurs familles sans avoir à se marcher dessus. Sylvie sur place est super sympa et attentionné et les contacts téléphone avec le propriétaire très sympa également. Je recommande sans hésiter

notre séjour a été agréable car la grande maison nous a permis de nous retrouver en famille mais il aurait pu être meilleur car la pluie nous a empêché de profiter de la belle piscine et des extérieurs . Merci à Guillaume pour les bouteilles de cidre offertes. Les chambres sont confortables la cuisine bien équipée et l'accueil par Sylvie sympathique. Au prix de la prestation , la bâtisse mériterait un rafraichissement général (canapé, salles de bain)La grande table pour les repas en extérieur est située un peu loin de la maison

Gîte spacieux avec un très bel extérieur

Gîte propre, suffisamment grand pour plusieurs couples avec enfants. Très bonne literie ! Équipements pour enfants en bas âge appréciables. Extérieurs magnifiques : grande piscine sécurisée, grange en cas de mauvais temps, espace abrité pour manger dehors, grand jardin. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de la part de Sylvie !

Agréable séjour en campagne

La villa est en adéquation avec nos attentes. Nous avons apprécié l’espace à l’intérieur, une cuisine correctement équipée, les chambres spacieuses avec une literie confortable et une maison bien chauffée, très appréciable pour la frileuse que je suis !!!! Les enfants ( entre 4 et 8 ans) se sont dépensés dans le grand terrain extérieur sécurisé et ont profité pleinement des jeux extérieurs. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de la campagne, tout en ayant les commodités à proximité. En résumé, une adresse à retenir !!

Agréable séjour entre amis

Le gîte est très confortable et spacieux, pour 4 couples avec enfants. Les enfants ont adoré la grange et son trampoline abrité, très appreciable en hiver, tout comme le grand canapé au coin du feu!

Excellent week-end. Maison en rapport au attentes. Grande, propre, literie impeccable, espace extérieur pour activités diverses, piscine agréable. Les enfants en ont profité pleinement, le soleil étant au RDV. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Mooie uitvalsbasis in de champagnestreek Troyes

Ruim mooi domein. Parking voor meer dan 6 wagens op het domein zelf. 6 stuk voor stuk ruime mooie moderne kamers. 3 op gelijkvloers en 3 boven met goeie bedden. Eén badkamer op gelijkvloers en een badkamer boven. Badkamer beneden kan soms last hebben van geurhinder maar de dop in het bad steken en er water in laten kan het oplossen. De douchekop boven heeft weinig sproeikracht. Alles qua apparatuur is in de keuken aanwezig. De grote overkapte terrastafel staat 2 schuren verderop en dus niet vlakbij de woonst en keuken. Dit kan vervelend zijn als men iets heeft vergeten. Maar dit terras is wel super rustig gelegen met supergrote tuin. Het mooie nieuwe zwembad staat niet in deze tuin maar wel vlakbij de woonst. Hij is groter dan de foto op de site doet vermoeden. Er staat ook rondom een hekken als kinderbeveiliging.er staan 5 ligzetels en 2 parasols.Inchecken en uitchecken kan door op voorhand naar een mevrouw te bellen. Omdat we ons goed aan de huisregels hadden gehouden en het huis ook achtergelaten hebben zoals we het hebben gevonden (ook alle bedlinnen verwijderen voor vertrek + vaatwas leeg, glas weggebracht naar glascontainer vlakbij)was de dame blij en tevreden en mochten we zeker nog terugkomen. Het is het derde jaar op een rij dat we een champagneweekend doen. En dit huis was zeker het beste. Bij mooi weer is het zwembad zeker een meerwaarde.
