Semi-detached townhouse: exterior door with intercom leading to the common area, then into the cottage via the door, entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds), one with its own shower room and the other accessible via a corridor leading to a separate WC with washbasin, then to its own washing machine and dryer. The 20 m² bedroom is accessed via its storage area and has an en-suite bathroom with WC. An additional room with a desk and sofa is accessible from the entrance hall. The 52 m² living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. Electric heating is provided in the living room, the additional room, and the master bedroom. The wood-burning stove is not functional. Wi-Fi access is available. A 40 m² terrace, shared with the owner's apartment on the ground floor, features garden furniture, a griddle, a covered area with a sink, and a 60 m² enclosed garden with artificial turf, a hammock, and sun loungers.
