We’ve stayed here a couple times now and absolutely love it. The host is very friendly and generous. It comes with a few great snacks and drinks, which helps so much after a long day of travel. It’s always clean and quiet, and the location is the best. The bakery is just down the stairs for breakfast, and campus is an easy walk. It’s so close to the square, we enjoy the ability to walk to dinner and shopping. We hope to stay here as many times as possible when we come out to visit our daughter at Ole Miss.

Perfect location

We stay in Oxford several times a year. This is the best location right on the square and it’s not noisy. You can walk to the campus or all over town.

Best property we have stayed in for a VRBO football weekend in Oxford. Location is perfect for The Square and easy walk to campus. Very secure building and unit 3 had 2 large bedrooms and a large den and kitchen. We would stay here everytime we come. Perfect in every way !!!

We had the best stay at Sam’s place for the WSU Ole Miss game. Parked the car right in front of the building and never had to drive anywhere for the 3 days we were in Oxford. Spacious rooms, comfy couch, nice kitchen well-supplied with coffee, snacks and beverages. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, so staying with another couple was very comfortable. Loves watching the sunsets from the balcony, too.
