Shuttle Service:
Complimentary winter shuttle service to Golden Peak (Riva Bahn Express Lift), Vail Village (Gondola One), and Lionshead (Eagle Bahn Gondola).
Shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon during ski season (please check with us for specific times during your stay).

Additional Information:
Pool and hot tub are occasionally closed during the off seasons (End of April-May and October-November). Please inquire about closures before booking.

Beautiful unit!! The condo building itself was dated but the unit was fully updated. The balcony overlooking the stream was amazing. The location for us was perfect. We loved being on the edge of Vail, close to trails and nature, but walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Positives: location, easy access to daily shuttle to ski resort, walking distance to village, beautiful view from balacony, pool/Jacuzzi were great, decorated very well.Negatives: our microwave didn’t work which was ridiculous, then I got gaslighted by RentVail for calling the on site Maintence people about it since apparently you’re only allowed to call RentVail, there is next to nothing in the kitchen in terms of spices, cooking oil, or even coffee. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that didn’t have the essentials for the kitchen and even laundry detergent would have been nice. So plan on buying literally everything you might need which is silly for a 4 day trip. It felt like a hotel. The lower kitchen cabinets are so short that putting things away was difficult. The dryer doesn’t dry. I had to go down to their main laundry room to finish drying stuff. There’s no extra pillows or linens or blankets which was annoying. All of the beds were uncomfortable as well. Then to top it off, the building had a false fire alarm go off for 30 minutes in the morning on our last day, that only the fire department can shut off.I do not think that I got what I paid for overall other than the location. These are easy fixes so hopefully my feedback is then seriously.

Hi Laura, We're sorry to hear that your stay fell short in several ways. A few notes on our end: - Microwave: we brought in a temporary one for you the day after, after you let us know you preferred no one coming in that same day while you weren't in the unit. - Maintenance contact: The building management isn't responsible for our unit, therefore reaching out to them for unit issues is ineffective, which we explained over the phone to you as well. - Kitchen supplies: We provide salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc. which we do detail in our pre-arrival emails and the guestbook sent multiple times prior to arrival. - Cabinets: We're sorry those didn't work for you. - Dryer: It's a ventless dryer so it does take longer to dry, but we would've been happy to come by had we known to show you how to use it on different settings. We're glad you were able to use the building laundry room that remains available if needed. - Linens/pillows/beds: Again, we would've been happy to bring over extras had we known you were struggling with this while in house. The mattresses are 6 years old and we haven't heard negative comments on them before. - Fire alarm: We're sorry that false alarm disrupted your morning. That system is controlled by the building and fire department, and unfortunately out of our control. We hope that you otherwise had a great time in Vail.
