Refreshingly creative & spacious apartment "Hochfilzen"

On about 100 square meters provides our apartment Hochfilzen ample space for 4-7 persons. Equipped with many lovely details you will find our holiday home on the upper floor of the villa where you can enjoy magnificent views.

The apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms. In both a double bed is located (180 cm x 200 cm), in either an extra single bed.
An additional sleeping space for additional bed can be found in the spacious living room. Here there are a very convenient and comfortable sofa bed available.

In our living room has a comfortable sofa and a media room with TV, CD players and DVD players.

kitchen
The fully equipped spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and an oven with ceramic hob.
You are welcome to enjoy their meals directly in the kitchen or in the directly adjacent, covered and fully glazed balcony - of course with spectacular views.

bathroom
One of the bedrooms has a bathroom - equipped with shower and toilet. The apartment also has a second large bathroom.

Of course, you may like to share our loving and idyllic garden. It includes a rustic gazebo with original wooden beams and a sandstone drywall and a large wooden terrace with an open fireplace. At this place you can enjoy the sun to the fullest bishin an unforgettable sunset over the mountains of the Zittau Mountains. Your children can play in nature and in the large courtyard of the villa here.

sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr gut aufgestellter Küche

Wir fanden in der Villa eine wirklich schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vor. Sogar 2 Bäder mit Dusche und WC waren vorhanden. Ungewöhnlich war, dass es sogar einen Geschirrspüler gab. Wir hatten für 4 Personen 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnstube und einen Erkerraum. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Vermisst haben wir vor allem Stühle im Schlafzimmer, um die Sachen in der Nacht abzulegen. Aber das wäre in Zukunft sicher noch zu beheben. Außerdem wäre es super, wenn in der Bestätigungsmail auch die Adresse und Telefonnummer der Vermieter enthalten wären. Die Lage war sehr schön und der Garten einschließlich Gartenmöbel waren sehr einladend. Insgesamt ist dieses Objekt sehr zu empfehlen. Für einen guten Restaurantbesuch ist die Kammbaude (die Straße etwas hoch, kurz vor der tschechischen Grenze) besonders zu empfehlen. Sie sieht durch das Blech von außen nicht so toll aus, aber innen punktet sie ungemein. Ich habe bisher selten ein Restaurant erlebt, wo es nichts zu meckern gab. Das Essen war super und das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis unschlagbar. Vor allem gab es zum Essen reichlich Gemüse und Rohkost. Einfach empfehlenswert. Auch der Besuch auf dem naheliegenden Turm und der Felsenstadt in Johnsdorf lohnt sich ungemein. Alles ist gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Super Haus mit schöner Lage!

Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, Grillplatz und Lagerfeuerstelle jeden Abend Entspannung pur. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und haben uns herzlichst begrüßt. Rundum weiter zu empfehlen!
