About this property

Apartment in a top location with sauna and roof lounge for families and active vacationers

In a restored historic half-timbered house from 1734, two separate holiday apartments with top modern equipment and many amenities such as sauna, fitness room or roof terrace await you for individual leisure activities. Both apartments can be rented individually or together.

The small apartment "barn" offered here has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room for 4-6 people.

The bedrooms are on the 1st Upstairs and each have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom has space for an additional baby or extra bed that can be provided on request. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 more people.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a small library on the ground floor.

Furthermore, a multimedia salon, a fitness room, a sauna, a roof lounge including a large terrace with a clear view of the eavesdropping slope as well as a ski room for storing the ski equipment (or bicycles) and heating for ski boots are available for free use. These rooms are provided with a code so that they can be used by both residential units without allowing access to the private rooms of the other apartment.

Internet (WLAN) is available throughout the house free of charge. Parking spaces are available free of charge.

On request you can book breakfast for € 6.5 per person / day. This is provided by the Sonnebergbaude 200m away (please register before arrival).

Aktivurlaub mit Stil

Wir hatten ein super schönes Wochenende. Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sehr geräumig, neuwertig und modern möbliert und war stilvoll mit Holz und Kunst gestaltet. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man von einer Ferienunterkunft erwarten kann. Die Küche, die Dachterrasse und die Lounge unter dem Dach mit den großen Dachfenstern sowie die herrliche ruhige Lage haben wirklich sehr zu einem entspannten Beisammensein beigetragen. Es war auch alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine wunderschöne „Scheune“, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit hervorragender Grundausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub als Grundausstattung benötigt, … und dann eben halt doch zu Hause vergessen hat. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch am Ortsrand ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Von hier aus lassen sich wunderbare Wanderungen beginnen (Jonsdorfer Felsenstadt, Nonnenfelsen, Oybin). Ein Muss ist die nahe gelegene Lausche. Der „Aufstieg“ belohnt mit einem fantastischen 360°-Rundblick. Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Zittauer-Schmalspurbahn. Mit Bus nach Jonsdorf und dann Richtung Zittau oder Oybin - Eisenbahnromantik pur! Die Bus-Haltestelle ist von der Wohnung per Fuß in ca 10‘ erreichbar. Leider ist eine Woche dann doch zu wenig, das wunderschöne Zittauer Gebirge und Umgebung genauer zu erkunden. Wir als eingefleischte sächsische Schweiz-Fans sind sehr angetan von der wunderschönen Umgebung. Die Abende auf der Terrasse werde wir sehr vermissen. Eine himmlische Ruhe, nur leises Grillenzirpen. Einen herzlichen Dank an die sehr freundlichen Vermieter! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder!

Stilvolles Ferienhaus

Wir verlebten erholsame Sommerurlaubstage in angenehm temperierten Zimmern. Die zusätzlichen Nutzungsangebote im Haus wie Hifi-Zimmer und Fitnessraum sowie die Aussicht von der Dachterasse wurden gern in Anspruch genommen. In dem Bereich der sogenannten Scheune hat sich unsere Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war super.

Einzigartiges Domizil lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Wir sind seit über 20 Jahren Nutzer von Ferienwohnungen sowie -häusern und waren vom Skiheim Waltersdorf enorm begeistert - dieses Domizil sucht seinesgleichen! Wir haben die Unterkunft perfekt sauber und total stilvoll & mit Herz dekoriert vorgefunden (ohne, dass es überladen wirkte). Die Betten waren mega bequem, die Sauna sehr erholsam und die Jugend fand die technische Ausstattung (Lichtraffinessen, Massagesessel, Heimkino, Fitnessraum) sehr ansprechend. Von allen Verbrauchmitteln für Küche und Bad fand sich eine Grundausstattung, die man einfach für sich nutzen konnte. Die Lage des Objekts spricht ebenso für sich: eine Reihe an Wanderwegen beginnen vor dem Haus, mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar - auch im Nachbarland Tschechien - und es wirkt dennoch idyllisch ruhig. Ein echt tolles Domozil mit sehr viel Verstand und Herz eingerichtet. Wir haben die Auszeit in Familie sehr genossen!

Ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus, sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Sehr schön für die Kinder war der Fitnessraum, die Sauna und der große Fernseher. Nach unseren langen Wanderungen war das sehr erholsam! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Ich habe im Bücherregal ein Buch gefunden und einige Wanderwege sind wir nachgelaufen. War super.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus, hier als Scheune deklariert da sie es im Urzustand einmal war, ist einfach perfekt. Viel Platz, sauber, gemütlich, viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten falls man einmal allein sein möchte. Große Küche welche bei uns zu so manchem Spieleabend herhalten musste. Es gibt alles was in der Beschreibung steht und man fühlt sich hier pudelwohl. Die nahe Lausche und die Wälder laden zum Wandern ein und will man einmal nicht kochen laden 3 große Gasthäuser in Spaziernähe mit leckerer Küche zum Verweilen ein. Herzlichen Dank für dieses Haus, wir haben den Aufenthalt rundherum genossen. Und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Basisstation

Sehr schön und modern ausgestattetes Haus!! Gute Anbindung an Shuttlebus, aber auch perfekt für direkte Wanderungen gelegen (Lausche, Burg Oybin, Nonnenfelsen oder auch Tschechien). Und nach erfolgreicher Wanderung noch ab in die Sauna!! Wir kommen wieder!!

Wunderschönes Objekt in super Lage

Sehr schönes Objekt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Als Ausgangsort zu wandern im Gebirge bestens geeignet. Dierekt vor der Haustür fährt auch ein Rundshuttle Bus Johnsdorf Oybin Waltersdorf ab. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man benötigt um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu machen.
