Welcome to our stylish resort style desert villa, fully renovated and especially designed for family vacations, featuring endless fun for the entire family, with a private Splash Pad, Waterslide, Swing Set, Basketball Court, Fire Pit, *Heated pool & Spa with tanning deck, outdoor seating and dining furniture, Barbecue Grill and so much more to enjoy. For indoor fun you would find a game room with Billiard table, and arcade room with Ping-Pong table, Air Hockey, Pac-Man, NBA and Pin-Ball games- for both- young and adults to enjoy. Sleeps up to 12 guests, equipped with large flat screen TV`s, Wi-Fi, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, purified water, Nespresso machine. Hotel-style amenities. Close to all stores, restaurants, Casinos, Tennis and Coachella Festivals.

*Pool can be heated for an additional $85 daily fee. Spa heating is complementary.

Exactly as the picture and very helpful with any questions about our stay as well as restaurants etc. some parts needed a deep clean inside but otherwise overall stay was a 5!!

Amazing Vacation Home!

Wow! This vacation home was amazing! The backyard was a kids dream, the house was very well stocked, very well decorated and great service from the property managers. We had a great time here. Will come again!

A good time

Very last minute booking but everything went smooth the house is awesome. The kids loved it and the pictures resemble what you acutally get. Everything worked and was at our disposal.

a wonderful experience

The property was exactly as advertised and we all really enjoyed our stay. The pool was wonderful as were the other amenities. The location was excellent with the neighborhood being very quiet but easy access to shopping, box stores, restaurants etc. Our interactions with the property management team were great. Everyone in our party really enjoyed our stay and we would certainly look at returning again in the future.

Pool and Splash Pad

Excellent stay. House is exactly what it looks like on the photos. Kids had so much fun in the pool, playing basketball and in the game room. Host was very responsive even on a holiday. We would def come back. Great house with a lot of things around it.

Water park!

Our four grandchildren loved every minute of their stay. The pool, the slide, the water park, they were not bored for a second, and when they got tired of the water, they played in the arcade. Parents and grandparents loved watching them play all day every day.

Tournament Timeout

My daughter had two tournaments in the area and the house was centrally located between all the tournament venues. The house was fully stocked with all the needed amenities and all the entertainment features were exactly as described. The house was also very close to a Smart&Final, Costco, and Trader Joe’s for all our shopping needs. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day in the gym/on the field. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the personalized check in/out process.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! We enjoyed everything the backyard had to offer- the grill, the outdoor dining area, the pool and spa, and outdoor seating. The splash pad and the swing set were both enjoyed by our grandchildren. The house was well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed to help us prepare our meals. The game room was also enjoyed by all. The hosts always responded to us quickly with any questions we had. We’d definitely return again.

Something for everyone at this place

We really enjoyed our stay! Great communication and something to entertain everyone or just a spot to relax! Property manager even sent out cleaning crew after wind and sand storm to clean the pool and back yard so we could enjoy it the rest of our stay!

Splash Pad Oasis

Awesome property to stay at. Our group had an amazing time and made great memories while staying at the Splash Pad. Host and property manager are attentive, responsive, and accomodating. Very clean, plenty of amenities, activities available, and great location. Highly recommend staying here!
