A great place to stay , roomy with separation between large bedrooms, spacious living area and great patio. Stairs to and from the unit are somewhat difficult for older people to navigate, but are safe and possible with care.

Perfect Family Getaway House

House is recently updated and clean. It has a terrific use of space in the living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. There’s options to sleep extra people if needed. The views are absolutely amazing. The yard is closed and perfect for a dog.

The Views!

We enjoyed our stay - great location in a quiet neighborhood backing up to open space. Wonderful views for morning coffee, evening wine or just relaxing. Amazing stars out both the front and back. Lots of space. Plenty of seating - comfy couch. Quick communication when we had questions. We would stay here again.

Best Backyard View, Location, and Family Gathering!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Tom's house. It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment. Tom's house also had a beautiful and open kitchen and gathering spaces (both indoor and outdoor) that were just delightful for morning family breakfasts and porch sitting as we watched the sun go down over those stunning mountains. Tom did a great job finishing the basement, the appliances and finishes were all nice & new. And the new landscaping in the backyard was really well done. He was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. 10/10 would stay again!

Property discription

Ridgeway was beautiful but the property was less than expected. Sleeping was not good. Shower head leaked and sprinkler system leaked. one bed frame was so bent that you slept at a slope. One was a mattress pulled out of the closet on the floor and not pillow or covers. Less than desirable.

Great Mountain Views

Owner if incredibly kind and responds quickly to emails. The home is beautiful with a great view of the mountains. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. The kitchen is beautiful with everything you need. Close to hiking and jeeping. We loved it and would love to stay again.

We are adventurous owners who are avid mountain bikers, skiers, rafting/kayakers, hikers, and overall outdoor mountain enthusiasts. We enjoy being here in Ouray County to take in so many great experiences.
