Un bijoux

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment paisible et l’appartement ne manquait de rien. Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec un lit et directement il sont venus pour réparer. Équipe a l’écoute et très sympathique. Je recommande ce bien car sa vaux la peine UNE VUE SPLENDIDE SUR LE LAVANDOU ET LES ÎLES. Merci à la conciergerie Suzette J’y reviendrai sûrement

la distance annoncée jusqu’à la plage est trompeuse. Les 8 minutes ne valent que pour le pied de la résidence. Ensuite, il faut compter environ10 minutes de plus pour atteindre l’appartement, en grimpant une côte très raide, vraiment difficile avec des enfants, des personnes âgées, ou toute personne ayant des problèmes cardiaques. Ensuite, le parcours reste long : il faut entrer dans une première résidence, prendre un ascenseur jusqu’au troisième étage, traverser une coursive, entrer dans une autre résidence, reprendre un autre ascenseur jusqu’au troisième étage, et seulement là on arrive à l’appartement. Avec des bagages ou des courses, c’est particulièrement contraignant. J’ai eu un autre problème avec le parasol de la terrasse qui était hors d’usage , l’agence est venue me le changer au bout de 3 jours et il était beaucoup plus petit .La vue est belle et l’appartement est bien. Mais compte tenu de ces inconvénients, le prix demandé est beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation.

Sejour au lavandou

J'ai réservé cet appartement pour la vue, et nous n'avons pas été déçu. On en a pris plein les yeux ! Appartement très propre, spacieux. La terrasse est superbe. La piscine juste en dessous est très appréciable et propre. Juste dommage qu'il n'y a pas de transat tout autour pour s'installer. Seul point négatif : la montée à faire à pied du centre ville à l'appartement 😅 avec les chaleurs que nous avons eu c'était un peu dur ! C'était un super séjour 😊

Magnifique endroit !

Magnifique appartement grand et très agréable. Vue sur mer splendide et terrasse au top. Très bien équipé. Seul bémol : Emplacement pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite et aux jeunes enfants.
