King size primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Queen size guest bedroom. Day bed in living room. W/D in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys included. Note: We ask that guests rinse off the chairs and toys after use. They are not part of the cleaner's responsibility on every turn. Additional beach and baby equipment rentals available.

This professionally cleaned 1,008 sq ft 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is conveniently located 500 feet from the beach! Walk out the door with your swimsuit & towel for a fun-filled day of building sandcastles and playing in the Atlantic Ocean. The neighborhood is very close and also walkable to the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion, local shops and restaurants like Spanky's (we highly recommend their chicken & spuds!) along with Fannie's on the Beach and The Breakfast Club. Ice cream shops and coffee bars are also nearby.

The condo itself has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer accessible to you, kitchen, and a living room. We have a Keurig and drip coffee maker available for your use. Wifi. Wifi enabled TV in the living room. New mattresses and living room furniture. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. 2 spaces for parking in the parking garage. Please note: larger vehicles may not fit. Please plan accordingly.

Other things to note: There's no elevator in this condo building; stairs only. Condo is technically on the third (top) floor (first floor is parking, second floor is other condos).

We provide a starter pack of supplies: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If you run out, you are responsible to purchase anything you need.

Coffee Essentials
- To ensure a delightful start to your mornings, our kitchen is equipped with both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine.
- Drip Coffee Maker: We provide a starter pack of coffee grounds and filters to help you settle in.
- Keurig Machine: A starter pack of Keurig K-cups is available for your convenience.

We also supply sugar and dairy creamer. Please note that the creamer may be either powdered or in single serve liquid form. Should you have a specific preference, you may wish to bring your own coffee and creamer.

Need beach chairs, a sun shade, wagon, etc.? Ask us about our beach supplies rentals.

Need flowers? Our property manager is a local florist and would be glad to assist you with floral bouquets for your stay.

Traveling with small children? Our property manager is also a BabyQuip provider. Please message us with any baby / toddler supplies you need to rent and she will be happy to help as inventory permits. Cribs, car seats, toy baskets, wagons, etc. are available for a rental fee.

The entire condo is available for your access with the exception of a few locked closets reserved for our cleaning staff. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage underneath the building designated for this address. Please note: some large vehicles will not fit in the garage.

This condo is tucked away at the south end of the island - walkable to the hustle and bustle of life neighboring the pier, shops, and restaurants, but far enough away to relax from the crowds.

This location is very walkable. Walk to the pier, restaurants, and shops. The lighthouse, Fort Pulaski, and Crab Shack, to name a few spots are all within close driving distance.
