1st Floor unit overlooking the ocean. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Queen size sofa sleeper in Living room.
Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no large wave action. Watch the dolphins play, shrimp boats and the ships come to port. The gated condo complex features private beach access, tennis courts, community grill, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). Near the Lighthouse, Tybee Museum and Jaycee Park.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Quick getaway

Stayed here for a couple days, loved watching the dolphins play in the ocean from the balcony. The pools were clean and refreshing and just a short walk from the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute Beachy Condo

The condo was in a great location, with great views of the ocean from the living room & master bedroom. Very clean & nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

Nice place and convenient location

Check in process was simple - we checked in after hours . Place is clean and nicely decorated. Close beach access and nice pool. The fees are unreasonable considering you are expected to take out the trash and clean dishes. The cleaning fee is excessive. For this money they could at least supply decent toilet paper! A couple beach chairs would be nice . It was a nice place to stay but no extras or special touches

The view is beautiful but that's about all. The furniture is stained and needs replacing. The tub and showers are permanently stained and need to be replaced. There are virtually no pots or pans. The ceiling fan was thick with dust. There were no extra linens or towels. There is no direct beach access unless you want to walk through a large marsh that has WARNING signs posted upon entering that the area is a nesting ground for venomous snakes .... I kid you not! So disappointed!!

First and foremost, I’m glad you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view – it’s one of the things we love most about the property. That said, I’m very sorry to hear about the cleanliness and condition issues you encountered. Your comments about the furniture, ceiling fan, and bathrooms are taken seriously, and I’ve already scheduled a full inspection and deep cleaning of the unit. We are also in the process of replacing worn or outdated furnishings and fixtures to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. As for beach access, I completely understand your concern. While the property is oceanfront, direct beach access can be affected by natural marshland in the area. We are working on updating our listing description and providing clearer guidance on the best and safest route to the beach to avoid confusion or concern. The wildlife warning signs are posted by local authorities as a precaution, and while sightings are extremely rare, we always want guests to feel safe and informed.

Not worth the money

I'll start with the positives. Pretty view, nice beach and in the quieter part of Tybee. The condo cost $400 a night after all of the fees and tax. The place was clean but the living room furniture was disgusting. Stains on furniture. Replace or clean. Only one roll of tp in bathroom. Ceiling in master bath leaked on you while you went to the bathroom. Overall I've never stayed in a place that for the price didn't seem to add any small personal touches. Would not recommend.
