About this property

Two or (three bedrooms with 5 or 6 guests) with great outdoor space in this attached Ohana unit. There is a shared laundry room between the main home and the Ohana unit. Lots of privacy, mountain views and outdoor living with BBQ. Please note the correct number of guests that will be here. There is a $20 per person per night fee after the first two guests. The listed price per night is for two guests in one or two bedrooms. If there are more than 4 guests the third bedroom is available. The third bedroom is located down the hall from the laundry. It is separated from our home by a locked door. Since the laundry room is shared we will inform guests when we plan on using the laundry room.

Very comfortable Place

All was good. Gordon is very nice. This place worked well for the three of us. Only issue was the step up into bathroom as one of us on walker and one on cane. But otherwise very nice place. Thanks Gordon.

My wife Rhonda and I moved to the Big Island 5 1/2 years ago. We enjoy hosting guests in our Ohana and sharing Aloha with our guests. There is so much to do on our island and we enjoy sharing with our guests the Best of the Island.

Why they chose this property

Why this property? First of all why spend hundreds more for just a hotel room. Our Ohana can accommodate up to 6 guests in three bedrooms and with AC in all bedrooms and a large outdoor space for BBQ and a table seating 6, you can enjoy dinner under a lighted canopy. We provide each group a welcome basket with fresh pineapple, local chips and local Beer and soft drinks. Snorkeling gear, cooler, boogie boards to take to the beach. Most of all the quiet of a great residential neighborhood just minutes from town and beaches.
