The Neighborhood:
Located just steps from The Old Mill District and the Little Pigeon River, this cabin puts you in the middle of everything. Enjoy the sound of rushing water from the deck, or walk to nearby favorites like The Old Mill Restaurant, shops, attractions, and The Parkway. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, yet right next to all the action downtown.
Getting Around:
Although everything downtown is easily walkable, having a vehicle is helpful for exploring the rest of the Smokies. The cabin is accessed by flat, paved roads, and parking is simple. We still recommend 4x4 drive for any adventures into the surrounding mountains, especially during wet or winter weather.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin
• Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests
• Parking for 1 vehicle (left side of cabin only)
• Electric fireplace for cozy ambiance (not a heat source)
• Keurig + regular drip coffee machine—bring your own K-Cups or grounds
• Charcoal grill available—bring charcoal and lighter
• You may hear go-kart sounds across the river while outside
• Hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled between each stay—may need time to reach full temperature
• Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry pods are provided
• Guests agree to communicate via the website messenger even if other methods are used initially
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We're glad the location and quiet atmosphere suited you well, and that our communication met your needs. We hope to welcome you back sometime.
Excellent home that’s nice and clean, great location with geese, ducks, birds and straight across the road is The Smoky Mountain Cat House, a coffee shop and within walking distance is The Old Mill and all of the places it has to offer as well as the Tye Dye Shop and many others that you can walk to. This is my second stay ant Old Mill and favorite location for privacy and things to do. Highly recommend Kirkland Rentals! Great communication as well.

Very nice property. Very close to the Old Mill and downtown Pigeon Forge. Less than 4 min walk to the trolley to go to Dollywood. Communication with owners and checking process was great. Will definitely come back next time we are going to Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was perfect! It had everything we needed and was so close to everything we wanted to do. The snow made it an even more magical stay! Would highly recommend!!
Cabin was fantastic, clean, and welcoming. Would definitely go back! Hot tub was excellent and private. Very close to shops, restaurants and activities in the area. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns.
The best cabin stay I’ve ever had in pigeon forge, and I’ve stayed in over 10 different ones. The location is perfection and the extra plus is how clean the cabin is and how nice everything is laid out and built. Will definitely stay again!
Came down for the weekend to celebrate our 45th anniversary. We enjoyed the coziness and the accessibility. Close to shops and restaurants and minutes away from the strip. The neighborhood was quiet and you could see the fireworks from Dollywood from the front porch!
Great Cabin, Great Location, Great Smokey Mountains.
Perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay in the Smokies. Just a short drive to National Park and very short walk to fine dining, this is a great location and clean comfortable cabin.
Our stay in Pigeon Forge was wonderful! The cabin was lovely, cozy, and had everything we needed. Easy walk to Dollywood trams and multiple restaurants. The hot tub was a bonus and made the trip extra relaxing. Perfect spot right in the middle of it all—already can’t wait to come back!
