Great kitchen/fully appointed, Coffee-bar area, FREE Coffee!! Filtered water to drink and for cooking in kitchen, soft water system in house as well!!Outdoor space has plenty of seating, new BBQ, and a pool to cool off in! Plenty of parking for your cars, truck, boat even RV pkg.with 30 amp hook ups!

Please be aware this is NOT a party house we have a noise decibel meter...and Parties are not allowed to ensure long time neighbors are not disturbed..we ask all guests to be respectful of this.
