Cosy apartment recently renovated with outdoor terrace, view of the mountains to fully enjoy aperitifs or coffees in the sun!

The accommodation
On the ground floor you will find a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (160*180cm) and large storage cupboards with next to it a first bathroom equipped with a shower and a shower toilets.

You will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, various dishes for cooking and of course the traditional raclette and fondue appliances. A filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also present.

The kitchen is open to the bright living room which has an extendable dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a sofa, a wooden bench and a coffee table.

A smart tv and a wifi box are also present.

From the living room, you can access an outdoor terrace with a west-facing view of the mountains.

Also from the living room, you can go upstairs to two additional bedrooms and a small reading area. One of the bedrooms has two double bunk beds, i.e. each of the mattresses measures 140*180cm and can easily accommodate 4 young children. Children under 6 years old should not sleep upstairs. This room is also equipped with a bathroom with a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine and a drying rack.

Finally, also upstairs, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed of 140*180cm with a magnificent view of the mountains and the ski lifts.

It should be noted that the staircase is steep and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

During your stay, you will also have a locked ski locker.

LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the town of La Clusaz, about a hundred metres from the Etale chairlift and the ESF U'Fredy ski school. It is located at an altitude of about 1200m.

Parking is available free of charge at the foot of the apartment and a ski bus stop (free shuttle) is also located at the bottom of the accommodation to access the heart of the resort which is about 3km away.
