Welcome to your ideal mountain escape on 3 private acres nestled between Donnelly and McCall. This spacious 5-bedroom retreat blends rustic craftsmanship with modern comfort, offering multiple living areas, a hot tub, expansive deck, and sweeping mountain views in every direction.
Inside, the home is designed for groups to gather and spread out with ease. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, and large windows that showcase the surrounding mountains and forested landscape. A second living space downstairs and an upstairs entertainment room provide plenty of room for movies, games, or quiet relaxation after a day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements are ideal for larger groups, with five bedrooms across two levels. The main floor includes a king primary suite and a queen bedroom. Upstairs, guests will find two queen beds in one room, a king bedroom, and an additional room with a queen bed or futon, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
Step outside to enjoy true Idaho mountain living. The large deck features a private hot tub and panoramic views of the West Mountain Range, with nearby vistas toward Tamarack Resort and surrounding peaks. The spacious yard offers room to relax, play, and enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
Perfectly located, the home is just minutes from Tamarack Resort for year-round skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, dining, and lake activities. Lake Cascade and Payette Lake are also nearby for boating, fishing, swimming, and beach days.

🐶Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
📄Guest Contract: A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be completed prior to arrival.
👥Capacity: Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon occupancy listed on the reservation.
🚫Events/Parties: Events and parties are not permitted.
🕰️Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
❌Cancellation: Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans.
💥Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay and must report it to management immediately.
🔇Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and be respectful of neighboring properties.
🛋️Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage or missing items found after departure may incur additional charges.
🔧Amenities: Management will make reasonable efforts to repair or restore any in-home amenities that become inoperable during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Repair times may vary depending on the availability of parts and service providers.
🚭Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or fireworks will result in an automatic $500 charge, plus any additional costs for damages.
🔥BBQs & Fire Pits: Not all homes include BBQs and/or fire pits. Where provided, these are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Guests must follow all fire safety guidelines and are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
🌊Hot Tub: For guest safety and water quality, our licensed hot tub technician may perform brief exterior maintenance during your stay. Please follow all hot tub guidelines. A $150 drain-and-refill fee will be charged if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and cannot be restored through routine servicing after your departure.
🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Service technicians may briefly access the exterior of the property as needed. We appreciate your understanding as these services help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable.
🅿️Camper/RV Parking: RV parking requires prior authorization and is subject to a $25 nightly fee.
🛣️Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property. Street-legal vehicles may be operated on public roads where permitted.
🛜Wi-Fi: Many of our cabins are located in rural areas where internet service may occasionally be slow or intermittent. While management makes every effort to ensure Wi-Fi is operational, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed internet service and do not provide refunds for Wi-Fi or internet-related issues.
⛰️Mountain Environment: Management is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to wildfires, smoke, algae blooms, changing lake levels, weather, lack or abundance of snow, rain, mud, ice, power outages, or seasonal conditions. Likewise, while we take reasonable measures to minimize wildlife and pest activity, we cannot guarantee the absence of insects or animals, including mosquitoes, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, or other wildlife. No refunds will be issued for these naturally occurring conditions.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful large cabin. My grandkids loved playing in the snow on the yard and it was big enough for all of us to spread out… Well stacked kitchen, beautiful large rooms and it couldn’t have been nicer just after Christmas.! Easy to communicate with the property manager and couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay lovely lovely time in such a beautiful cabin. Thank you again.
Was overall impressed, there was pet hair and it said it wasn't pet friendly, and I'm very paranoid about pet hair, but I realize that that doesn't have to do with the host and people just bring pets on "no pet" properties
We used this house for a family reunion. It was a great gathering place! The kitchen was large and well-appointed, plus there was a nice sized grill on the deck. This made cooking for our crowd easy. There is a large deck and plenty of chairs for sitting around and talking int he evening. The beds and linens were comfortable and everyone slept great. The bunk beds were really fun for the kids! We also enjoyed using the ping pong table and the large backyard for frisbee and corn hole. The hot tub was fantastic! The location was beautiful and far enough away from other homes for privacy. The host communicated well with us. Some of our family stayed in other rental houses. We were told that this house was by far the best. Thank you for a great place to stay. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Nice house
Nice house, however there were a few issues.
Only had “hot” water in DS spare bathroom, all others were “Luke” warm at best. There’s a lack of utensils and the pot and pans were less than desirable.
This place made you feel like your always walking on egg shells… definitely not a neighborly feeling. Felt as if your a number, not a person, so to speak.
Only two issues…one was our doing. Had friends run their snowmobiles in the area which they shouldn’t have done. But also, one of the bathrooms was under renovation and we were never told this. Would have been appropriate to have been given a heads-up. Otherwise wonderful place and great location
This was a gorgeous home and fit our entire family’s needs. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Quick location to McCall and Brundage Mountain.
House was great, winter snowstorm causes a bit of anxiety but roads surrounding the home were plowed as well as driveway. Home had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again!
