Welcome to the guest cottage Seasuite- located directly across from the beach in Seaside, Florida. This modern guest cottage has a prime Seaside location only 59 feet to the beach access at East Ruskin Pavilion and only a 2-minute walk to downtown 25 Central Square with over 40 shops and restaurants steps from your front door. Seasuite can be rented alone or in conjunction with the main house, SloMocean.

Seasuite is the perfect couples escape or great for small families, given its prime location directly across from the beach and one block to the Seaside Amphitheater. Seasuite has a private set up accessible down a sandy foot path and separate from the main home. There is a side bricked entrance complete with a shower and a small front fenced yard.

Step inside to enjoy the newer construction that has been thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout. The first floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full marble bathroom. The queen bedroom has two large nightstands, two large built-in shelves, a small closet, and a large mounted flat screen TV. Additional bonuses include a modern ceiling fan and room darkening shades. Just off the queen the full marble bathroom has a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk in shower.

Access the second floor via wide easily accessible stairs to open combined living spaces up. There is a large sofa that opens to a queen sleeper sofa for two, perfect for the kids. There is a large flat screen TV perfect for movie nights in, another club chair, and a modern ceiling fan. Double French doors lead to a balcony just off the living room with seating for two overlooking the landscaped yard and 30A, perfect for morning coffee while listening to the waves crash nearby. The adjacent modern kitchenette features gorgeous glass tile inlaid countertops, a small bar sink, a compact microwave, Bosch mini dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, and two refrigerator drawers. (note, there is no freezer, stove top, or oven.)

Other bonuses include a stackable washer and dryer unit off the kitchenette. Seasuite is the perfect cottage to enjoy a private getaway, all within steps to everything Seaside, Florida, and the beach!

This cottage is an absolute gem. Sooo close to everything! Don’t choose this space is you’re a cooker, it’s for someone like me that only needs the chiller for wine and snacks. Outside of no real kitchen it perfect for couples. Definitely will stay with this company again.

Outstanding place and location

My wife and I stayed for our 25 year anniversary. The place was great. Half block from the food trucks and shops and right across the street from beach entrance. We will most certainly rent again.

Great Location

Great location one block from the square. The was very cozy. The only negative was the upstairs seems to have a layer of white dust on everything in the kitchenette. I wish the unit had been recleaned before we arrived. Also, the it appeared there was some water damage down stairs and the unit was a little musty for the first day until the AC units had run for a little while.

We love the cottage, the set up, the cleanliness – everything was great. Every morning I walked to Black Bear Bread Co. for coffee, access to the beach was awesome – it was all wonderful.The one thing we DID learn... Do not go during spring break. I thought we were going late enough to avoid the spring break crowd, but we didn’t. My husband and I were looking for a getaway, away from our teenagers, lol! And there were teenagers everywhere, on bikes – in loud vehicles - we had to be careful or we would’ve gotten hit by teenagers on bicycles, vehicles, etc.We will definitely go back, but this time we’ll avoid the spring breakers🤪

The correspondence with them was via text and responses were immediate and friendly. We were dreading having to leave and will definitely be staying here again next year!

Beautiful Honeymoon spot

The beach was a short walk away as well as the stores and restaurants. The house was located behind the main house but still offered privacy. The only downside was the small washer and dryer, we had a hard time doing laundry during our week long stay. Other than that everything was perfect. Homeowners Collection was amazing to book through and very personable. They even gave us a goody basket for our honeymoon.

We love Slowmocean and will continue to stay there and the number of adult sleeping beds and proximity to the beach is great. We rented Seasuite as we needed an extra adult bedroom close to Slowmocean. We will sadly find another option next year as it was damp and smelled very much like an old damp beach cottage.

Cute and great location

Me and three teenage girls stayed here over spring break. It is a great location super close to all the shops/food in Seaside and right across the street from the beach access. I could walk anywhere I needed to go but we did use the bikes to go further. I could not have picked a better place based on location. Just like other reviewers have said, this rental really is too small for more than 2 people….we made it work but it was not ideal for 4. All amenities are in the rental that you need, very clean, the bed was comfortable, nice shower, and it is a precious place. The only downside during our stay was that the dryer didn’t work, and that was disappointing bc I wanted to wash and dry at least the bath and beach towels daily. I called property management and they did send someone over but they were not able to fix it. Overall I would recommend this location.

Perfect From Every Angle

My wife and I rented the Seasuite for our babymoon. We had a wonderful time staying here, it was the perfect size for a couple. It had all the essentials and was updated in a clean/contemporary fashion! Bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice, clean, and had high-end finishes. The shower was incredible and had some of the best water pressure i've ever experienced. Upstairs is the loft area with a tv, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, coffee, and even a single burner for cooking. The balcony was lovely and we spent late evenings and mornings sitting there. You're within 100 yards from the main town square and the beach. There's a great breakfast and coffee spot in between (Black Bear Baked Goods). Only small complaint was the wood was warped pretty badly outside of the bathroom and the front portion of the bedroom. You could easily trip or stub your toe. Hoping they can address that soon. I would also not book for any more than 2-4 people. 2 is perfect, and 4 would be tight. The couch upstairs pulls out into a bed so you could squeeze 4 people, but wouldn't recommend it. Would 100% book again and I look forward to going back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a strange odor in the house. The shower leaked all over the floor. The upstairs air conditioner was broken. There is not enough storage to put clothes away. There is a very tiny closet but was filled with extra linens and pillows, so nowhere to hang clothes. Not enough outlets to plug in essentials in the bedroom or bathroom. Not enough space in general for anything. We have stayed in many of these cottages in Seaside and this was by far the smallest and most inconvenient. Kind of like glamping. Great location is the only positive I can think of. The staff was very attentive and sent maintenance several times to fix things but not very convenient when on vacation to have to deal with.
