At the heart of a private estate, this house is a true little slice of paradise. Nestled at the end of the world, surrounded by lush, exuberant vegetation, you will be just a five-minute walk from the centre of Trégastel.

This bright, spacious and wonderfully comfortable house was our main home for four beautiful years. It is now yours to enjoy and care for.

Come and discover this magnificent house surrounded by an exotic garden! Peaceful and wonderfully quiet, yet only a five-minute walk from the town centre, the house enjoys an exceptional setting, tucked away along a charming, quiet and picturesque lane.

The house features a very large 70 m² living area with an open-plan kitchen and central island, perfect for enjoying convivial moments together. A beautiful wood-burning stove makes for cosy and delightful winter evenings.

On one side of the living room is the master suite, featuring a 180 cm-wide bed, its own bathroom and toilet. On the other side of the living area, a hallway leads to a separate toilet, two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm-wide bed, and a bathroom.

The entire house is surrounded by a 50 m² terrace and a beautiful, lush garden, home to many rare and unusual plants. Every room opens directly onto the terrace and garden, creating an exceptional sense of peace and serenity.

With its 13 beaches, Trégastel is a true gem nestled in the heart of the magnificent Pink Granite Coast. All the village shops — bakery, butcher, grocery store and newsagent — are within walking distance, while Trégastel’s supermarket is just a two-minute drive away.

You will have full access to the entire house and garden.
