Large T3 on wooded courtyard 3 minutes' walk from the beach

Balagne, L'ile rousse. Located on the ground floor, our apartment is totally independent, spacious (100 m²) and opens onto a large courtyard (40 m2). It is composed of a large dining room kitchen, a master bedroom, a large living room-mezzanine and a beautiful bathroom. It was refurbished in 2025. You can stay with 4 people with ease and 5 max (sofa bed). Located in the heart of the old town, the beach is a 3' walk away as well as the market and shops. All the beaches of Balagne (Bodri, Lozari, Ostriconi) are splendid and very close (between 5 and 15 min. by car), as well as the small Corsican villages located high up around Ile Rousse. Calvi is 20 min. away and Corte is 45 min. away.

Appartement très agréable bien situé au coeur de la ville mais au calme. Deco sympa et actuelle, bien fourni en accessoires de cuisine . Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute.On recommande.
