Our family of 6 spent eight wonderful days at the Art House, and it exceeded our expectations! The home is in a fantastic location. We were close to everything we wanted to do and it was also a peaceful retreat for us.The house was exceptionally clean, well cared for, and beautifully furnished with quality furniture. It had such a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy for our family to relax and spend time together and create many great memories. The pool was a huge hit and one of our favorite places to unwind after busy days of exploring Phoenix.Eduardo was a thoughtful and responsive host, he was always quick to answer my questions and make sure we had everything we needed.We highly recommend the Art House to anyone visiting Phoenix area and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip. The ART house checked all the boxes for a well cleaned rental. We stay at many rentals for comparison. No cobwebs etc around pool furniture, roofing etc, clean pool waterlines, clean pool toys, the grill was clean (a big one overlooked), and interior was well maintained. Communication prior to and during stay was responded to promptly with owner. Our family enjoyed spring break here and we will definitely be back to this rental.

Owner replies quickly. Property was good and as expected! Property was spacious, pool was nice and the property worked out well for us. Some very little things could be improved such as cleaning on the walls by bathroom trash, some paint touched up in areas, some trim pieces missing, one of the bedroom window locks is broken so the window doesn't lock, beds are rather firm in all rooms except master bedroom, but this is just personal preference. Very nice that toilet paper and kleenex was provided. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again!

Everything about this house was wonderful! Super spacious, clean, lots of little things that made it even more enjoyable such as a chess board, ping-pong table, games, etc. The pool was a great addition, but we didn’t use it as often as we thought we would. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect. Would definitely recommend this house. And Eduardo was always prompt if we had a question.
