The ART house checked all the boxes for a well cleaned rental. We stay at many rentals for comparison. No cobwebs etc around pool furniture, roofing etc, clean pool waterlines, clean pool toys, the grill was clean (a big one overlooked), and interior was well maintained. Communication prior to and during stay was responded to promptly with owner. Our family enjoyed spring break here and we will definitely be back to this rental.

The house was as described, the outdoor area was really conducive to good conversations and relaxation. The pool is beautiful, but it was very cold, I got in but none of my adult daughters did more than dangle their feet. Eduardo was great, came over and turned the heat on (the pool guy forgot) as soon as I mentioned. But it was too late to warm up enough. I would stay here again, great value, great location. ,clean, wonderful appliances and new showers.

Overall amazing stay! Place was clean, pool was awesome, cute outside bar area. Perfect amount of space for all of us. The only thing I would say would to be bring your own blankets! The house got nice and cold but beds only had thin quilts. Other than that 5 star stay!
