This house is fabulous and the owners were lovely to work with. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was a VERY nice place and community! It exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely responsive. It's conveniently located within 15 minutes of the airport and 30 minutes of the surrounding Phoenix area. The available amenities were awesome. This is a place that we would most definitely stay again and recommend to others!

What a great stay! The hosts were so hospitable and detail orientated. From the extra towels, phone chargers, all switches labeled, slippers, kitchen amenities, everything was impeccable! The neighborhood was beautiful and pool was incredible. We highly recommend Clint and Lexis place and will stay here again if in the area.

Property was clean and weWe’re very happy with the property! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a great meals from scratch. We were not able to use the pool, our school just did not allow the time. Access to the property was easy and direction were clear and perfectly explained. We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The home is exactly as pictured- clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you might need and included additional touches that make the stay feel luxurious. We especially enjoyed spending our mornings on the patio and our afternoons hiking before relaxing at the pool. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they were consistently accommodating throughout our stay. The home offers ample space for three couples, making it an excellent choice for group travel. We highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic house with everything we needed

This is a terrific rental house. Everything was new/clean, and the house was very well stocked. Close proximity to South Mountain trails was perfect for us. Community gym/pool are very nice as well. Communication with the owners was great. We really enjoyed our stay.
